Σ	Σπύρος Τζι on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Και τρεις μέρες πριν να πας απέξω να περιμένεις να κάνεις μια δουλειά, θα σου πουν ότι πρέπει να κλείσεις ραντεβού. 3/3 μέχρι στιγμής. Ήρθα για επανέκδοση κάρτας 12:45 και στη 13:00 βγαίνει ένας και μου λέει ότι λειτουργεί μόνο με ραντεβού και έχει ήδη δύο μέσα οπότε έκλεισαν για τη μέρα! Δύο άτομα για μια ώρα, αυτή ήταν η δικαιολογία ωστε να μην με εξυπηρετησουν. Ο κόσμος απέξω να είναι ουρά 7 μέτρων, μέσα στον ήλιο και να μην ξέρει καν αν θα εξυπηρετηθεί. Εν τέλει, ο συγκαταβατικός καλησπερακιας στην είσοδο αφού του είπα ότι δεν γίνεται να μείνω ολόκληρο Σαββατοκύριακο χωρίς χρήματα μου "έκανε την εξυπηρέτηση" και με άφησε να περάσω ώστε να κάνω ανάληψη από το ταμείο (μια ώρα πριν κλείσει το κατάστημα). [Και την πρώτη φορά που πήγα, πριν 6 μήνες, πάλι έπρεπε να γίνει ολόκληρο σκηνικό ώστε να με αφήσει να περάσω στο κατάστημα.] Μπαίνω μέσα και λειτουργούσε μόνο ένα ταμείο. Τα γραφεία που μπορούσαν να κάνουν την επανέκδοση 4 στα 6 άδεια. Οι δύο που μου είπε πριν ότι είναι οι τελευταίοι για την ημέρα τελείωσαν τουλάχιστον 40 λεπτά πριν κλείσει η τράπεζα (13.40). Όση ώρα περίμενα για το ταμείο, το παιδί της υποδοχής γύριζε σαν χαμένο γύρω γύρω και έκανε πως βοηθούσε τον κόσμο που ήταν στο αυτόματο μηχάνημα κατάθεσης και όσα άτομα ήταν στα γραφεία έκοβαν βόλτες μέσα στη τράπεζα. Το κατάστημα πρέπει να έχει τουλάχιστον 10 άτομα προσωπικό και ζήτημα αν εξυπηρέτησαν 10 άτομα όλη τη μέρα. Απαράδεκτοι απλά. C	Cargo on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ χρεαστηκα Πειραιώς τράπεζα και μισθοδοσία. πήγα με έτοιμα τα χαρτιά και μου είπαν να κλείσω ραντεβού. μέσα στην τράπεζα 5 υπάλληλοι και 2 ταμεία χωρίς κόσμο και μου είπαν να κλείσω ραντεβού.. πως αλλιώς θα μου στερήσουν τα χρήματα και θα μου πάρουν και προμήθεια γιατί τελικά έβαλα άλλη τράπεζα αλλιώς θα έμενα χωρίς φαγητό. . δν τους νοιάζει ο κόσμος. τους νοιαζει αυτοί να πλουτίσουν και οι άλλοι ας πεθάνουν. . στην άλφα μπάνκ και στην εθνική μου είχαν βγάλει την ίδια μέρα λογαριασμό.στην Πειραιώς θέλουν 20 μέρες για να ξεκουραστούν από την ξεκούραση I owed Piraeus bank and payroll. Ευτυχώς υπάρχει φιλότιμο προσωπικό. 8:05 the ATM is still refurbished, the people outside are waiting, to visit the box office you need an appointment !!! ?????? ... after 10 working days !!! Fortunately there are ambitious staff.

Πολύ αργοί ρυθμοί κακή εξυπηρέτηση. I arrived at Piraeus 1:05 Messemen. The time is 2:35 and still has not served me. In the 3 funds that have only been a man. Very slow rhythms bad service.

Αν μη τι άλλο θα απαιτούσα καλύτερη αξιολόγηση των αναγκών σε προσωπικό από τη διοίκηση της τράπεζας. Η αναμονή στο ταμείο για 7 νούμερα ξεπέρασε τη μια ώρα! One fund only open with the rest of the staff in offices. If nothing else I would demand a better assessment of staffing needs from the bank's management. The wait at the box office for 7 numbers exceeded one hour!
