V	Vasilis Charalampopoulos on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Οι δυο κυριες, απο την εισοδο δεξια στο βαθος, επρεπε να δουλευουν στο δημοσιο...χανονται τετοια μυαλα!!!Η μια εχει μπροστα στο γραφειο της κατι υπευθυνος δανειων, την ρωταω αν το δανειο μου μπορει να πληρωθει μεσω winbank και μου λεει καλεσε στο τηλ. κεντρο γιατι δεν ηξερε!!!!!η αλλη κυρια, δεν ειχε λεζαντα μπροστα, απλως μου ειπε να περιμενω, με υφος χιλιων καρδηναλιων.... The two ladies, from the entrance to the right in the background, had to work in the public sector ... such minds are lost !!! One of them has something in front of her office, a loan manager, I ask her if my loan can be paid through winbank and she tells me he called the call center because he did not know !!!!! the other lady, she did not have a caption in front, she just told me to wait, in the style of a thousand cardinals ....
S	Stelios Mavroudis on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Απαραδεκτη συμπεριφορά της προισταμένου! Εκτός το οτι δεν καταφερα να εξυπηρητετηθώ η συμπεριφορά της δεν ήταν καθόλου επαγγελματική. Unacceptable behavior of the boss! Except that I could not be served, her behavior was not professional at all.

Π	Πάνος Κυριακόπουλος on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Μου θύμισαν παλιό ελληνικό δημόσιο. 2 κυρίες μιλούσαν μεταξύ τους, μία κυρία μιλούσε και γέλαγε στο τηλέφωνο, κανένας πελάτης στο υποκατάστημα και εγώ περίμενα μήπως με εξυπηρετήσει κάποιος (γιατί δεν είχα κλείσει ραντεβού). Προφανώς μετά από 20 λεπτά έφυγα. ΑΠΑΡΑΔΕΚΤΟΙ!!! They reminded me of an old Greek state. 2 ladies were talking to each other, one lady was talking and laughing on the phone, no customer at the branch and I was waiting for someone to serve me (because I had not made an appointment). Obviously after 20 minutes I left. UNACCEPTABLE !!!
Ά	Άρης Β on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Παρά πολύ αργή εξυπηρέτηση, έχω πάει 3 φορές για πάρω κάποια χρήματα και κάθε φορά μου ζητάνε από ένα διαφορετικό έγγραφο. Despite the very slow service, I have gone 3 times to get some money and each time they ask me for a different document.
