★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Απαράδεκτη εξυπηρέτηση. Μηχάνημα easy pay χωρίς ούτε έναν υπεύθυνο να βοηθάει τους μεγάλους σε ηλικία. Η υπεύθυνη του καταστήματος μη πρόθυμη να βοηθήσει καθώς και αγενέστατη. Όταν ζήτησα να έρθει κάποιος στο μηχάνημα να βοηθάει μου απάντησε εσείς ξέρετε να βοηθήσετε?
Unacceptable service. Easy pay machine without a single person helping the elderly. The store manager is unwilling to help as well as offensive. When I asked for someone to come to my machine to help me answered you do you know how to help?

Μόνο ντροπή για τον διευθυντή και σχεδόν όλους τους υπαλλήλους. Ντροπή και για την εταιρεία φυσικά.
Unfortunately, I can not put zero stars.
Just a shame for the manager and almost all the employees. Shame on the company of course.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ανακαίνιση κάνανε και αφήσανε μόνο 4 καθίσματα για τους πελάτες- ηλικιωμένους.
Εκτός αυτού από τα 4 γκισέ που υποτίθεται ότι θα δουλεύουν, λειτουργεί μόνο το ένα.( Το άλλο που βρίσκεται μια γυναίκα, ο κόσμος να καίγεται, στο χαβά της αυτή) πάει να πάρει το διάλειμμα της. Κακως που ήρθα σήμερα στην Πειραιώς.
Έπρεπε να είχα πάει αλλού.
Renovations were made and left only 4 seats for the elderly clients.
Apart from the 4 counterparts supposedly working, only one works (the other being a woman, the world burning, in her paw) goes to take her break. Bad that I came to Piraeus today.
I should have gone elsewhere.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Τηλεφωνικη επικοινωνια με το κατάστημα. Το σηκωνουν και το κλεινουν επιτοπου χωρις καν να απαντησουν ή δεν το σηκώνουν καθολου.
Telephone communication with the store. They pick it up and close it on the spot without even answering or not picking it up at all.
