It could definitely be better. But it is on the right track (clean corridors, stairs and elevator). But cleanliness is half of everything!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Έχω 2 κλειστά ακίνητα εντός του Πειραιά, και εφόσον πληρώνω ακριβά τέλη, έχω να πω τα εξής. Καθαριότητα, ανακύκλωση (!!), φωτισμός και οδοποιία, δεν υπάρχουν. Τα απορριμματοφόρα είναι πεπαλαιωμένα, κάνουν αποκομιδή μια ή δύο φορές την εβδομάδα και οι κάδοι είναι σακατεμένοι από τους βιαστικούς υπαλλήλους καθαριότητας, μυρίζουν τρισάθλια από μακριά και δεν πλένονται ποτέ. Θα μπορούσα να γράψω και άλλα, όμως είναι ανώφελο. Κάθε πέρυσι και καλύτερα για τον βρωμερό Πειραιά και τις γειτονιές του.
I have 2 closed properties in Piraeus, and since I pay expensive fees, I have the following to say. Cleaning, recycling (!!), lighting and road construction, do not exist. Garbage trucks are obsolete, they are collected once or twice a week and the bins are crippled by the hurried cleaners, they smell trisathlon from afar and are never washed. I could write more, but it is useless. Every year and better for the dirty Piraeus and its neighborhoods.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Πρόκειται για Δήμο που για το μόνο που ενδιαφέρεται είναι η καλή εικόνα του κέντρου του Πειραιά και όχι των γύρω περιοχών, οι οποίες δεν έχουν πεζοδρόμια προσβάσιμα και βρωμάνε από σκουπίδια.
It is a municipality that only cares about the good image of downtown Piraeus and not the surrounding areas, which do not have accessible sidewalks and are rubbish-free.
