_	_antonior_ on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Λαμβανοντας υποψην τις προηγουμενες κριτικες αγορασα απο το συγκεκριμενο καταστημα μεσω της υπηρεσιας καλαθιου του skroutz και οχι απευθειας απο το περιβαλλον του καταστηματος (το οποιο και φοβηθηκα με αυτα που διαβασα). Οποτε και ειχα την ασφαλεια σε περιπτωση που γινοταν κατι. Την παραγγελια παρολα αυτα την παρελαβα μεσα 2 μερες. Καλες τιμες και γρηγορη παραδοση. Taking into account the previous reviews, I bought from this store through the skroutz shopping cart service and not directly from the store environment (which I was afraid of from what I read). Whenever I had the security in case something happened. However, I received the order within 2 days. Good prices and fast delivery.

Άψογη εξυπηρέτηση, πολύ καλή ποιότητα και τιμές και πολύ ευγενικοί στην τηλεφωνική επικοινωνία που είχαμε. Είμαι πολύ ευχαριστημένος!!! I do not know how some previous evaluations came about, I ordered masks twice from the Scrooge environment and my masks came the next day !!! Flawless service, very good quality and prices and very kind to the telephone communication we had. I am very pleased!!!
c	crusader dekatria on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Προκειται μαλλον περι απατης! Εκανα αγορα με χρεωστικη καρτα. Την πρωτη φορα μου απεριψε την καρτα και μου εβγαλε μηνυμα να δοκιμασω ξανα. Δοκιμασα ξανα και παλι το ιδιο μηνυμα. Εκανα το λαθος να δοκιμασω και με αλλη καρτα! Το ιδιο μηνυμα! Τελικα ηρθε email οτι η παραγγελεια καταχωρηθηκε 2 φορες. Αμεσως προσπαθησα να επικοινωνησω με τον εμπορα αλλα ενω καλουσε το τηλεφωνο μετα απο δυο τρια χτυπηματα η κληση απορριπτοταν. Ο τυπος πιθανον κανει υποκλοπη των στοιχειων της καρτας και τη χρησιμοποιει,προσθετοντας την σε καποιο λογαριασμο πχ paypal για μελλοντικες συνναλαγες. Απο τη στιγμη που εχει ολα τα στοιχεια της καρτας η προσθηκη της καρτας στο λογαριασμο Paypal γινεται κανονικα και η χρηση της δεν απαιτει καποιο κωδικο ασφαλειας οπως sms της τραπεζας στον νομιμο κατοχο για την ολοκληρωση της συνναλαγης! ΠΡΟΣΟΧΗ!!! ΠΡΟΣΟΧΗ!!! This is probably a scam! I made a purchase with a debit card. The first time he turned off my card and texted me to try again. I tried the same message again and again. I made the mistake of trying another card! The same message! Finally, an email came in stating that the order had been placed twice. I immediately tried to contact the dealer but while the phone was ringing after two or three knocks, the call was rejected. The guy may be spying on the card's details and using it, adding it to an account such as paypal for future transactions. Once all the details of the card have the addition of the card to the Paypal account it is done normally and its use does not require any security code such as sms of the bank to the rightful owner to complete the transaction! CAUTION!!! CAUTION!!!
B	Bassilis NoLstName on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Πολυ εξυπηρετικοι και συννενοησιμοι ! Πηρα μια ρομποτικη σκουπα Viomi και ειχα προβλημα να την συνδεσω με το κινητο μου. Τους ενοχλησα στο τηλεφωνο 6-7 φορες, παντα απαντουσαν ευγενικα . Τελικα χρειαστηκε να παρουν την σκουπα και να μου την ξαναφερουν χωρις καμια χρεωση . Απλα υπεροχη εξυπηρετηση . ΜΠΡΑΒΟ ! Very helpful and understanding! I got a Viomi robotic broom and I had a problem connecting it to my cell phone. I bothered them on the phone 6-7 times, they always answered politely. Eventually they had to take the broom and bring it back to me at no charge. Just great service. WELL DONE !

Ερωτηματικά γεννιούνται για τις χρεώσεις με πιστωτική κάρτα οι οποίες γίνονται, χωρίς να διακινούνται προϊόντα, τα οποία απλά δεν υπάρχουν. Πρέπει να ληφθούν μέτρα. Στην απίθανη περίπτωση που απαντήσουν στο τηλέφωνο, ρωτήστε τους και για τη παραγγελία μου. Βέβαια μετά τόσο διάστημα την έχω ξεχάσει. Το κατάστημα λένε ότι ήταν σε test mode. Η παραγγελία όμως καταχωρήθηκε, με αποτέλεσμα να δεσμευθώ και να μην παραγγείλω από αλλού επί ένα μήνα, οπότε και αυτόματα στις 30 ημέρες εμφανίσθηκε ως "ολοκληρωμένη", αλλά όχι παραδομένη, ενώ το προϊόν ήταν σε stock. Και τα απανωτά τηλέφωνα και τα email που ποτέ δεν απαντήθηκαν και αυτά σε test mode ήταν? Test mode της υπομονής μας. Γιατί αυτό δεν αναγραφόταν σαφώς στην ιστοσελίδα? Από 35000 πελάτες γιατί μόνο οι κακές κριτικές αναρτήθηκαν? Test mode λέει μετά από 35000 ευχαριστημένους πελάτες. Απίστευτες απαντήσεις υποτίμησης της νοημοσύνης μας που κάνουν τα πράγματα χειρότερα. Πολύ ύποπτη περίπτωση, όπως αναφέρουν και άλλοι αξιολογητές. Non-existent "store". Waste of time. Questions are raised about credit card charges that are incurred without moving products that simply do not exist. Measures must be taken. In the unlikely event that they answer the phone, ask them about my order. Of course after so long I have forgotten her. The store is said to have been in test mode.
