Όταν είπα ότι δεν θέλω τέτοια πίτσα έκαναν λες και φταίω εγώ και ότι θα περιμένω πέντε λεπτά αν δεν θέλω την λάθος. Τελικά περίμενα πάνω από τέταρτο και μου έδωσαν την σωστή παραγγελία μουτρωμένοι. Δεν με πειράζει ένα λάθος, λάθη γίνονται. Με πειράζει που δεν μου ζήτησαν ούτε μια συγγνώμη. Λόγω εξυπηρέτησης χάνουν τα αστέρια. Περίμενα λίγο ακόμη και τελικώς με πολύ ευγένεια κερασαν γλυκό.επαγγελματισμος μπράβο έστω εκ των υστέρων. Σήμερα παράγγειλα και ήρθε λάθος η πίτσα , πριν ανοίξω το κουτί χτυπάει τηλέφωνο , με ρώτησαν αν είναι η σωστή, λέω μισο να ανοίξω , ήταν άλλη πίτσα , μου λένε σε 5 λεπτά έρχεται η σωστή . Πραγματικά ήρθε , μου άφησαν και την άλλη ενώ δεν την είχα αγγίξει και μου είπαν και χίλια συγνώμη . Μπράβο σας παιδιά , συνεχίστε έτσι ! Παραγγελία μέσω της εφαρμογής pizzafan.. πρώτη ενημέρωση <λάβαμε την παραγγελία σου,εκτιμώμενος χρόνος αναμονής 50’ με 60’> Επόμενες ενημερώσεις όπου ακολούθησαν..εκτιμώμενος χρόνος αναμονής 50’-40’, 40’-30’ κλπ. Στα 20-10 λεπτά πεινασμένοι σε άλλο λεβελ πια <Υπήρξε πρόβλημα με την παραγγελία σας> τηλέφωνα στο σταθερό του μαγαζιού 5,6 φορές τίποτα ,τηλέφωνο στο 5 ψηφίο τηλέφωνο που υπάρχει ούτε εκεί απάντηση..μισή ώρα μετά πηγαίνουμε από το κατάστημα εξηγούμε την κατάσταση και η απάντηση ήταν σε φάση…<Εε μάλλον δεν ήρθε η παραγγελία ,θα αργήσει πολύ να γίνει τώρα> Η απαράδεκτη πρώτα από όλα αντιμετώπιση στο τηλεφωνικό κομμάτι όπου δεν μπορούσε να υπάρξει επικοινωνία για το τι ακριβώς γίνεται ώστε να ξέρουμε να παραγγείλουμε από κάποιο άλλο κατάστημα που μπορεί να δουλέψει υπό πίεση και σε δεύτερη μοίρα η συγγνώμη που δεν ειπώθηκε ποτέ για όλη την ταλαιπωρία που υπήρξε..Μετά απο 2 ώρες καταλήξαμε να μην φάμε τίποτα. Συγκεκριμένα η πίτσα ήταν κρύα σαν να είχε βγει μόλις από ψυγείο, άψητη σε όλα της τα υλικά και το τυρί ελάχιστο. Δεν θα ξανά έτρωγα ! Υ.γ. τα κατάστημα βρίσκεται 200 μέτρα από το σπίτι μου, και ο καιρός ήταν καλός! The order was made through the pizza fan application, it came earlier than the scheduled time and was indulgently unacceptable.
