★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Έκανα το λάθος να παραγγείλω χτες μέσω Wolt από την Pizza Heat στα Γλυκά Νερά και έλαβα μια κακοποιημένη πίτσα, η οποία αρχικά άργησε πολύ να έρθει. Όταν έφτασε ήταν παγωμένη , η μοτσαρέλα είχε κολλήσει όλη στο πάνω μέρος του κουτιού, και με λίγα λόγια δεν τρωγόταν. Α και ξέχασα να πω, με Delivery Fee για κερασάκι.
Μη μπορώντας να επικοινωνήσω με την Wolt εκείνη την ώρα αποφάσισα να καλέσω το κατάστημα κατευθείαν οι οποίοι δεν ήταν αναγκασμένοι να με εξυπηρετήσουν διότι το πρόβλημα ήταν της Wolt και όχι του καταστήματος.
Θέλω να ευχαριστήσω τον κύριο με τον οποίο μίλησα ο οποίος αντέδρασε επαγγελματικά και μου προσέφερε να μου ξαναστείλει την ίδια παραγγελία με δικό τους διανομέα αμέσως και δωρεάν.
Με αυτό τον τρόπο κράτησαν έναν πελάτη ο οποίος την επόμενη φορά φυσικά και θα παραγγείλει τηλεφωνικός μέσω του καταστήματος και χωρίς Delivery Fee.
Η πίτσα ήρθε καυτή με την επιθυμητή ποσότητα τυριού και ήταν πεντανόστιμη.
Επισυνάπτω τις φωτογραφίες για να μπορείτε να συγκρίνετε τις δυο ίδιες πίτσες. Νομίζω οι φωτό μιλάνε από μόνες τους.
Μακάρι να αντιδρούσανε όλες οι επιχειρήσεις με τον ίδιο τρόπο.
I made the mistake of ordering yesterday via Wolt from Pizza Heat in Glyka Nera and received a battered pizza, which was initially too late to arrive. When it arrived it was frozen, the mozzarella was all stuck to the top of the box, and in short it was not eaten. Oh and I forgot to say, with Delivery Fee for icing.
Unable to contact Wolt at that time I decided to call the store directly who were not forced to serve me because the problem was Wolt and not the store.
I want to thank the gentleman I spoke to who reacted professionally and offered to resend the same order to me with their distributor immediately and free of charge.
In this way they kept a customer who next time of course and will order by phone through the store and without Delivery Fee.
The pizza came hot with the desired amount of cheese and was delicious.
I attach the photos so you can compare the two same pizzas. I think the photos speak for themselves.
I wish all businesses reacted in the same way.
