Από τις 7 Ιουλίου 2020 λόγω έναρξης λειτουργίας 3 νέων σταθμών μετρό η λεωφορειακή γραμμή Γ 18 αντικαθίσταται με τη νέα λεωφορειακή γραμμή 842 ΠΕΡΑΜΑ-ΣΤ. ΚΟΡΥΔΑΛΛΟΣ (ΚΥΚΛΙΚΗ) συνδέοντας το Πέραμα με το νέο σταθμό μετρό ΚΟΡΥΔΑΛΛΟΣ.
Η γραμμή 842 διέρχεται από τη στάση ΠΛ. ΕΛΕΥΘΕΡΙΑΣ [Νο 280054] συν τις :
750: ΑΤΤΙΚΟ ΝΟΣΟΚΟΜΕΙΟ - ΣΤ. ΜΕΤΡΟ ΑΙΓΑΛΕΩ - ΝΙΚΑΙΑ
806: ΣΧΙΣΤΟ - ΚΑΡΑΒΑΣ - ΣΤ. ΚΟΡΥΔΑΛΛΟΣ (ΚΥΚΛΙΚΗ)

From 7 July 2020, due to the start of operation of 3 new metro stations, the bus line C 18 is replaced by the new bus line 842 PERAMA-F. KORYDALLOS (CIRCULAR) connecting Perama with the new metro station KORYDALLOS.
Line 842 passes through the stop of PL. ELEFTHERIAS [No 280054] plus:
750: ATTICA HOSPITAL - ST. METRO EGALEO - NIKEA
806: SCHISTO - KARAVAS - ST. KORYDALLOS (CIRCULAR)
810: SCHISTO - KORYDALLOS - PIRAEUS B (CIRCULAR)
830: AGIOS VARVARA - PIRAEUS (CIRCULAR)
831: PIRAEUS - EGALEO

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Eleftherias square is the heart of Korydallos, and it's where the soon to be subway station will be located. From here there are two main exits as a driver. To Dimitrakopoulou towards Grigoriou Lambraki and Agia Varvara on the Northeast, and to Athinas on the Southeast towards Nikaia and Petrou Ralli. There's also Agiou Georgiou on the South which leads to Saint George church/square. 810, 830 and 831 continue to Athinas, when 750 and 806 continue to Dimitrakopoulou. There used to be a bench on the stop though...dunno what happened.
