Πριν από 15 ημέρες παράγγειλα ένα Samsung Galaxy A8 (2018) 64GB RAM & 6 GB ROM σε Grey Orchid. Με άμεση τηλεφωνική επικοινωνία από μέρους τους με ενημέρωσαν ότι το συγκεκριμένο χρώμα έχει εξαντληθεί και ότι από λάθος τους φαινόταν ακόμα στον ιστότοπό τους ως διαθέσιμο. θα προσπαθούσαν να βρουν το συγκεκριμένο χρώμα που είχα παραγγείλει και σε αντίθετη περίπτωση είχα την επιλογή ενός άλλου χρώματος με διατήρηση της πρώτης τιμής αν το διαθέσιμο χρώμα ήταν ακριβότερο ή άμεσης επιστροφής των χρημάτων μου. Τελικά δέχτηκα το άλλο χρώμα και η παράδοση έγινε τη συμφωνημένη ημερομηνία χωρίς κανένα άλλο πρόβλημα. Συστήνω το συγκεκριμένο κατάστημα ανεπιφύλακτα. Flawless in the behavior and treatment of their customers. Excellent professionals. 15 days ago I ordered a Samsung Galaxy A8 (2018) 64GB RAM & 6 GB ROM in Gray Orchid. By direct telephone communication from them, they informed me that the specific color has been exhausted and that by mistake it still appeared on their website as available. they would try to find the specific color I had ordered and otherwise I had the choice of another color while maintaining the first price if the available color was more expensive or an immediate refund. Eventually I accepted the other color and the delivery was made on the agreed date without any other problems. I highly recommend this store.
