Extremely , I mean outrageously expensive for what they offer. They charged me afterwards more that they initially explained. Being a medical doctor ,I asked to be present with my pet. They responded in a derogatory tone that I am not a veterinarian. This is absurd. Never to be visited again.

Extremely expensive!!!! About 10 times more than any other average clinic. Avoid at any cost!!! - - - - - - Review edited with answer to your response: I didn't write that your service is average, I wrote that the price for your services is 10 times than the average (price). But to be exact, even if your services are good or really good, they are way overpriced and not just expensive. You overcharged me 415euros for one-day stay of a stray cat, a blood test and 3 x-rays. One fact: You did a blood test and the 3 x-rays at night and although they were in digital form, you didn't sent it to us (although you had our email). On our way to the exit the next day, we requested the digital copies and you said you could send them immediately. Instead, we were waiting for one hour without the email (at the next vet clinic where we transported the little cat) and had to call you again to remind you to send the email right away. Does this service reflects the price costs? We brought you a poor stray cat found under a car, on the brink of death (your vet said that the cat was in a semi-comatose state), trying to save a little soul during the Medea storm/extreme weather conditions. We just wanted to help a poor creature survive from cold and snow, in the lockdown period, on curfew after 9pm with no home electricity or heating. We didn't say anything about your vet services. Your vets and nurses are highly qualified for sure but you are taking advantage of the fact that there are not many 24-hour vet clinics in the area.

Ι called them and asked them a simple question regarding allergy medicine. They said they cant give me information over the phone and I have to go and admit the animal if I need help....Disgusting...

I am so grateful for all the answers you gave to my questions and the kindness and professionalism you showed us, even after so many phone calls you still did not get annoyed with us :) Thank you with all of my heart

My French bulldog got paralyzed and had trouble breathing and even though the whole country was snowed in - the wonderful veterinarians at Plakentia were there. Special hail to Dr Vorloka, who pushed me into the very difficult decision of intubating and calming my dog’s breathing and Dr Martin, they both took extremely good care of my fur baby and took the time to answer every question and detail. The only bad side was the receptionist at the front desk who was just rude and agressive and could have communicated her request in a calm and polite manner, her tone was certainly not appreciated especially as we were there to pick up our fur baby for surgery - she had no respect for what we were going through and just continued arguing with us who were under a lot of stress and had already spent a fortune at the clinic. I still give a 5 star because I do not think this wonderful medical care team should lose points due to one bad seed. Again great team of veterinarians who really care!

Excellent emergency service, state of the art clinic with a highly competent medical ans paramedical personel. The follow-up was there, the professionalism too. Yes it is pricey but only to the extent this is the best all-around veterinary clinic you can turn to for thorough veterinary care for your pet.

3 weeks ago I found a newborn kitten in the street, with closed eyes. I decided to pick it up and help it until he was better and could be given for adoption. Went to a nearby vet immediately (Nea Erythrea) and left the poor kitten with them for 1 week to be fed and get the necessary vitamins. Cost 50 euros for 1 week plus they asked for 20 euros for its first exam & diagnosis (half their standard appointment rate because the kitten was stray). I got the kitten home but after treating one of his eyes for 2 weeks with antibiotic solution, the eye did not seem to get better. Now, to come to the Placentia Clinic: Dr Ignatios Liapis, their specialised ophthalmologist, was highly recommended to me by a top vet orthopedic, so I made the decision to book an appointment with him for the little kitten. They informed me on the phone - before I booked the appointment - that the standard rate of Dr Liapis was 80 euros, which I accepted, hoping he could save the kitten's eye. The clinic itself was impressive, lots of happy and really polite staff, clean, separate waiting areas for cats & dogs. Dr Liapis examined the kitten and the whole appointment lasted a max of 6 minutes. 80 euros for 6 minutes, and just for examining 1 eye (not a full exam of the kitten)!!!!! He said that unfortunately the eye could not be saved due to a stray kitten infection and suggested to perform an operation when the kitten is old enough, so they can close the lost eye in order for it not to get infected in the future. I understand he is a specialised ophthalmologist, however I was really saddened by the fact that even though the kitten was obviously a stray, plus he just diagnosed that nothing could be done, I was charged the full 80 euros...

It's an excellent service, very fast and efficient. We went with our cat that fell from the fourth floor. They did lots of examinations, X-ray, blood test and ultrasound. It's a bit expensive but when it's an emergency I would recomend them 100%, especially since they work 24/7. They also sent us home with painkillers to give her in the next couple of days, and told us what to expect during her recovery. Very kind and caring doctor.
