Best Computer store in Greece

K	Kostas Stamos on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very helpful staff including service, convenient open hours. There is no parking though. Plaisio is a chain store with large variety of products, however its branded products are usually not very high quality.
M	Marios on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is one of the 2 biggest teck shops in the city which has almost everything. Very friendly and helpful stuff but they promote mostly their own branded products which are cheaper but most of the times with inferior quality from the corresponding ones from known brands. Their service department is also fast and handy.
D	Dan Theo on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I bought a 70€ Hydro cooler for a pc that I brought in to make sure it works, the said yes it will work. After installing this new cooling system myself, It was very noisy. I called and asked if they could replace it because the corsair h55 shouldn't be that loud. They said they should replace it. I brought it in with my PC. Instead of replacing they charged me 15€ for a service I didnt ask for. And still the cooling system was equally very loud. I called support, they told me nothing can be done. Took in the PC 3rd time, talked to the manager. They made the Pc silent with the new cooling system by lowering fan speed, but now the cpu reaches around 70°C, it never did that before. Plaisio is overpriced, terrible customer support, and employees are also treated badly and underpayed. Terrible business.
