★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Έχω καθίσει πολλάκις για καφέ, πολύ αργό σέρβις δεδομένου πως αφού μπαίνει πελάτης δε καταλαβαίνω γιατί πρέπει 2 υπάλληλοι να εξυπηρετούν ένα άτομο. Οι περισσότερες κοπέλες που δουλεύουν αγενής δεν σου μιλάνε καν, λες και πήγες για να σου κάνουν χάρη.
Εχθές λοιπόν 30/01 μπήκα για να πάρω μια τούρτα για έκπληξη. Πραγματικά ένιωσα πολύ μεγάλη ντροπή και θυμό μόλις την δοκίμασα καθώς η τούρτα ήταν ΑΡΚΕΤΆ ΜΠΑΓΙΑΤΙΚΗ. Επιεικώς ΑΠΑΡΑΔΕΚΤΟ. Δεν υπάρχει περίπτωση να ξανά πετάξω τα λεφτά μου στην γνωστή αλυσίδα Plaisir.
I have sittered for coffee, very slow service as after a customer enters you do not understand why 2 employees must serve a person. Most girls who work rude do not even talk to you, say and you went to make you grace.
Yesterday 30/01 I went to get a cake for surprise. I really felt very shame and anger once I tried her as the cake was enough BAGIAGET. Mildly unacceptable. There is no case to throw my money to the famous Plaisir chain.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Παραγγείλαμε δίσκο με κολυβα για 40νθημερο μνημόσυνο, αντί για αυτό μας έφεραν στην εκκλησία ένα πλαστικό μπωλ με κολυβα και όταν επικοινωνήσαμε επιτόπου μας έριξαν και την ευθύνη ότι ήταν λίγα τα κιλά που παραγγείλαμε και γι αυτό το σκοπό τα έφεραν σ'αυτή την μορφή.
Όταν όμως είχαμε κάνει την παραγγελία στο μαγαζί κανείς δεν μας ενημέρωσε για αυτή την σημαντική "λεπτομέρεια" ενώ είχα ενημερώσει για το σκοπό που τα ήθελα.
Θεωρώ την στάση τους εντελώς αντιεπαγγελματικη και σίγουρα δεν αντιπροσωπεύει ένα ζαχαροπλαστείο με τέτοιο όνομα και τόσα χρόνια στο χώρο.
Μείναμε άκρως δυσαρεστημένοι και απογοητεύτηκε και όλος ο κόσμος που ήταν παρών και έμαθε ότι ένα τέτοιο "λάθος"δεν έγινε από ένα τυχαίο ζαχαροπλαστείο αλλά από το γνωστό Plaisir.
We ordered a tray with a hut for a 40-day memorial service, instead they brought us to the church a plastic bowl with a hut and when we contacted on the spot they blamed us for the few kilos we ordered and for this purpose they brought them in this form.
However, when we placed the order in the store, no one informed us about this important "detail" while I had informed about the purpose for which I wanted them.
I consider their attitude completely unprofessional and it certainly does not represent a patisserie with such a name and so many years in the field.
We were extremely unhappy and everyone who was present was disappointed and learned that such a "mistake" was not made by a random patisserie but by the well-known Plaisir.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great coffee delicious ice creams and tasty pastries!! Friendly staff!! Cold sandwiches are served. Fresh Waffles and crepes sweet or savory are made. Milffeuie is made and served on the spot!!❤❤❤
