C	Christina Harakas on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Πήγα για να κοιτάξουν τα χειριστήρια των ταχυτήτων, γιατί δεν έμπαιναν οι ταχύτητες επειδή το ποδήλατο είχε μείνει σε αχρηστία επί ένα χρόνο. Αρχικά τον προτίμησα επειδή ήταν το πλησιέστερο κατάστημα. Μου είπε κατευθείαν ότι πρέπει να αλλαχτούν τα χειριστήρια (35 ευρώ το καθένα, σύνολο 70€) συν εργασία! Όμως κατέληξα στο κατάστημα του κυρίου Βασιλειάδη, λίγο πιο κάτω στη Λ. Πεντέλης, από όπου και είχα αγοράσει το ποδήλατο μου. Εκεί μου είπαν ότι τα χειριστήρια κολλάνε λόγω της αχρηστίας. Τα έλυσαν, τα λάδωσαν και το ποδήλατο είναι πάλι σαν καινούργιο με 10 ευρώ! Κύριοι, πρώτον, δεν μπορείτε να υποτιμάτε τη νοημοσύνη του πελάτη και δεν μπορείτε να λέτε κατάφωρα ψέματα. Δεύτερον είναι αδιανόητο να θέλετε να βγάλετε 70-80€ μεροκάματο την ημέρα από το τίποτα! Είστε άπληστοι! Δεν είστε επαγγελματίες! Αναρωτιέμαι..... μήπως είστε και άσχετοι?.... Τι, όχι? ΑΠΑΝΤΗΣΗ ΠΡΟΣ PLANET BIKE (επειδή δεν υπάρχει η δυνατότητα απ' ευθείας απάντησης) Πολύ κακώς που δεν σας θυμίζει τίποτα το περιστατικό, διότι έγινε 8 μέρες πριν (συγκεκριμένα το απόγευμα της 12ης Απριλίου). Βγήκε κάποιος υπάλληλος έξω, είχαμε τον διάλογο που προανέφερα και τελικά φύγαμε (ήμουν με το σύζυγό μου). Η μάρκα του ποδηλάτου δεν έχει σημασία, αλλά για να σας φύγει το μεράκι ήταν IDEAL. Secondly, it is inconceivable that you want to make 70-80 € a day out of nothing! You are greedy! You are not a professional! I wonder ..... are you irrelevant? .... What, no? ANSWER TO PLANET BIKE (because there is no possibility of a direct answer) Too bad the incident does not remind you of anything, because it happened 8 days ago (specifically on the afternoon of April 12). An employee came out, we had the dialogue I mentioned above and we finally left (I was with my husband). The brand of the bike does not matter, but to leave you with a taste it was IDEAL. You have no relief!
