Πρέπει να πας στο Μαρκόπουλο για να υποβάλεις γραπτά το αίτημά σου, να πάρεις αριθμό πρωτοκόλλου και μετά υπάρχει η εξής διαδικασία: Πρέπει να πηγαίνεις κάθε πρωί στο Μαρκόπουλο για να γράψεις το όνομά σου σε μια λίστα και ΑΝ έρθει ο αρμόδιος υπάλληλος μήπως σε εξυπηρετήσει. Υποθέτω στις πιο καθυστερημένες χώρες του κόσμου οι δημόσιες υπηρεσίες λειτουργούν καλύτερα. Incredible hassle.
