Thankfully I met Dr. Stamatis Sapountzis. He makes you feel at ease as he is a very compassionate, professionally confident, and friendly doctor. He is easy to talk with and explains in detail what he feels he can do to help you. The staff at Plastic Surgery is helpful making the entire process for the patient a very positive and relaxed experience.. I am beyond pleased with my results and overwhelmed by his patience and kindness. You have my highest recommendation for any new patient.

5 Star is not enough for Stamatis Samundzis. I will say he is a "Hidden Gem" of the plastic surgeons in Greece. Highest level of professionalism, very polite and attentive person. Me and my friend are very happy with the process and results of our treatments. The highest rating- is our appearance and compliments of our family members and friends. Will definitely recommend and already recommended his "Golden Hands" to my associates and family.

Besides being professional Dr Stamatis Sapountzis (Dr. Stam) and his staff were also extremely kind. Being myself based on a location distant from Thessaloniki, I contacted Dr Sapountzis via email. In this I described my condition and I sent my medical history, photos and medical tests. The doctor responded to all my inquiries and gave me his professional opinion and an estimate of the cost. On this basis I decided to proceed with the operation. Dr Sapountzis planned everything and after only 15 days I was in Thessaloniki in person. I met Dr Sapountzis and his staff and I received information about the procedure to be used. Dr. Sapountzis and his staff made me feel comfortable and I felt highly cared for. All medical information for post recovery were given to me by the doctor. I am pleased to have had this medical procedure carried out by Dr Sapountzis and his staff. I also want to thank him for having planned everything in such a short time especially during the busy Christmas period. Highly recommended!

I underwent a Breast Reduction last week. Not just for cosmetic reasons. I was understandably nervous, compounded by the fact that, due to circumstances beyond my control , I had to do it alone. Dr Stam was there every step of the way, despite my seemingly incessant emails. (Sorry ?) He reassured me and answered all of my questions and addressed all of my concerns . The surgery went ahead and I experienced very little pain and had excellent aftercare. I trusted him completely, and this trust proved to be well founded. To say that I am pleased with the results is an understatement . I am thrilled. Although I live in Greece I have already recommended him to my friends in the UK. Excellent service. Excellent results.

I have wanted a breast reduction since high school and I am 53 years old!!! Once my kids were grown, I decided to take care of myself. My experience with Dr. Sapountzis was very positive. He carefully explained the procedure, asked the right questions, showed me pictures of his work, and assured me that I would be happy with the results. I am so happy with my results...as well as the whole process. The pain was minimal and the work was so professional and high quality. I wish I would have done this years ago....but I am so happy I finally did it. I highly recommend Dr. Sapountzis for his skill, professionalism, and bedside manner.

Dr. Sapountzis is an amazing surgeon and human. I had a surgery by him after two not successful surgeries in another doctor. From the first time i met him (i found him on internet) he explained everything about his surgical plan and the limitations we had because of my previous surgeries. He was very kind and answer to me all the questions i had. I took the right decision to have a surgery by him. The result is really amazing but the most amazing thing is his approach to his patient with honestly and truly care. Thank you Dr.Stam!!!

I underwent a successful surgery on September 10th, 2020 by Dr. Stamatis Sapountzis. Hospital nurses treated me with devotion and care that touched my heart. The food at the hospital is delicious, fresh and good. Although only 6 weeks have passed since the day of surgery, I am satisfied with the results. (The end result will be seen after half a year). The attractive price I was offered wasn't a factor which convinced me to choose this doctor. Before I chose Dr. Stamatis Sapountzis, I had contact with doctors from the Netherlands, (my country of residence), and from Greece, none of whom particularly impressed me. Already in the first email (out of 93 in total over a period of several months before and after operation!), Cynthia, Dr. Stam's personal assistant replied to me in a professional, patient manner that conveyed reliability, professionalism and personal integrity. Intuitively, I knew right away I had come to the right place, but, still I did my homework well; I checked his professional background and reviews, but, got reinforcements for my intuition when I made my first video call with Dr. Stamatis Sapountzis. It's hard to explain in words, but, I knew I was in the right hands and with the right person. I am a very thorough perfectionist to the smallest detail and suspicious by nature woman, but, also one who knows how to listen and interpret my intuition correctly. Dr. Stam's positive energy radiated reliability and professionalism. I remember clearly shortly before the surgery I let him know I trust him 100% and I know I had reached a safe place. I had no fear or doubts. Not only did he do a wonderful job, but, Dr. Stamatis Sapountzis surprised me big time. He did above and beyond to make a wish come true for me. Thanks to him, I can walk the street today with confidence and pride. I thank Dr. Stamatis Sapountzis for his sincere concern towards me, for bothering to come to the hospital at midnight to find out why I can not sleep? (No Dutch doctor would bother so much for his patient). I thank him for always making me feel comfortable in his presence and every question (out of many) was accepted willingly and respectfully. Being a good doctor, it is not only professionally, but also know how to meet the needs of your patients.You have what it takes to be called a great dr. I will always be grateful to Dr. Stamatis Sapountzis, for being attentive to my request and answering my needs. I thank God for sending me to you. I feel as if I was reborn on October 10th, 2020. If I could give 0 stars I would. My experience with Dr. Sapountzis was the worst. I went to his office for a consultation visit, to talk about my surgery. I was in the process of searching for a plastic surgeon and Dr. Sapountzis was recommended by another doctor. As a potential patient, I wanted to know about the specifics of the surgery. What method he was going to use, what was the cost going to be etc. He was very unprofessional, very arrogant, his behaviour at times was even rude. He did not want to give any information about my situation to me as a potential patient, reacting very rudely to my request. Needless to say I went with another doctor that was a shinning star comparing to Mr. Sapountzis. Mr. Sapountzis gave me the impression that is a doctor that thinks very highly of himself, but in reality he has very little knowledge of his work and very little experience. The saddest thing is that a doctor with such an attitude does not have room to improve. I would not trust Mr. Sapountzis even with a simple stich. And I would not recommend him to anyone.
