★ ★ ★ ★ ★ πάρκο - Πλατεία με μεγάλη ιστορία. Οφείλει το όνομα της στο καφενείο - ζαχαροπλαστείο Αίγλη που υπήρχε παλιά στην περιοχή. Κάποτε ο, επι είκοσι ετη Δήμαρχος, Δημήτριος Βλαχλειδης σχεδίαζε να δημιουργήσει εδώ Θέατρο και πνευματικό Κέντρο. Σήμερα είναι σε πλήρη εγκατάλειψη και στο σκοτάδι. Κάπου ανάμεσα στα απεριποιητα δέντρα και στην.άναρχη βλάστηση υπάρχει μια προτομή του Ναπολέοντα Ζέρβα. Τις τελευταίες ημέρες ανακοινώθηκε απο τον Δήμο οτι θα ξεκινήσουν εργασίες ανάπλασης ... ελπίζουμε σύντομα

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ένα μικρο και αδιάφορο κομμάτι πρασίνου μέσα στην πόλη . Σίγουρα δεν το λες πλατεία με όλη την έννοια της λέξης.
