V	Velvet Karatzas on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is a good open space with a playground for young kids and a ground for riding a bike, scooter or skateboard. However, the renovation took way too long to complete and in less than six months a few things are already out of order. Moreover, the pathways are not well constructed with uneven gaping between them making it a challenge for the little ones to ride their scooters. Maintenance is non existent and after waiting for so long for that notorious makeover I sincerely hoped for a better quality reno. On the bright side of things, it is a large space and certainly not your typical playground that you'll come across at any neighborhood ?.
