Old playground, which seems to be maintained by the local community. There are two types of swings out of a total of three, 2 "all around" toys, a single balance and two pebble baskets on the ground. According to a relevant sign of the Municipality, the playground is unsuitable for use, since it does not comply with safety standards.

This is one of the playgrounds that’s part of the Agios Konstantinos community in Oropos. If you ask me, it’s fine for a quick rest, but not safe for children to play. If you let children run around, you should definitely have them under your supervision. There is a sign that says “No entry! This playground is unsuitable”. For quiet some time, this playground has been unmaintained. The only maintenance happening, is an annual mowing of dry grass. Apart from that, if you are walking, biking or even driving, it’s a good resting place to take some fresh air. This place is just by the sea, so if you’re by foot, you can visit the Akrotiri Beach in less than 10 minutes. The playground is located between two buildings: the first one is housing the Community of Agios Konstantinos and the second one is a lovely church named “Metamorfosi Sotiros kai Agiou Fanouriou”. During Orthodox Easter, the place is filled with people celebrating the resurrection of Jesus. This area specifically marks the end of Agios Konstantinos community and the start of Akrotiri community. These are two communities between Skala Oropou and Chalkoutsi. One fun fact for this place is that there used to be a stockyard for sheep.
