A	Aurel Max on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Le logement est ok et bien situé. Belle vue depuis la terrasse. En revanche, il est situé à côté de la rue des discothèques. Il est donc très très bruyant. Impossible de dormir ici avant 4h. The accommodation is ok and well located. Nice view from the terrace. On the other hand, it is located next to the street of discotheques. It is very very noisy. Can not sleep here before 4am.
E	Emanuele Mei on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ L’appartamento si trova dentro il porto veneziano, nel centro della città... è molto bello e spazioso... è provvisto di una cucina funzionale, un bagno comodo, due camere da letto, un soggiorno con 2 divani... inutile dire che la terrazza regala una vista di rara bellezza...un occhio in più alla pulizia e sarebbe perfetto. Comunque è un posto unico e non andare sarebbe un peccato. The apartment is located inside the Venetian harbor, in the city center ... it is very nice and spacious ... it is equipped with a functional kitchen, a comfortable bathroom, two bedrooms, a living room with 2 sofas ... useless to say that the terrace offers a view of rare beauty ... an extra eye to cleanliness and would be perfect. However it is a unique place and it would be a shame not to go.

In puncto Sauberkeit und Ausstattung gibt es nichts zu bemängeln. Nebenan befindet sich ein Club, der coronabedingt bis 1:00 Uhr geöffnet war - uns hat die Geräuschkulisse überhaupt nicht gestört, im Gegenteil, wir haben uns viel mehr über das Spektakel vor dem Fenster amüsiert. Insgesamt, ein schöner Aufenthalt, wir kommen gerne wieder. The apartment is very nicely located and offers a wonderful view over the harbor. The communication with the landlord was smooth and uncomplicated. In terms of cleanliness and facilities, there is nothing to complain about. Next door is a club that was open until 1:00 a.m. due to corona - the background noise didn't bother us at all, on the contrary, we enjoyed the spectacle outside the window a lot more. Overall, a nice stay, we'd love to come back.

Meubles déchirés. Dépotoir d'ancien meubles cassés dans un coin. Zéro communication avec le propriétaire lors du séjour. Très bruyant au dessus de cafés très animés. Porte d'entrée ajourée. Pas sécurisée. Looks run down from the photos taken by the owner. Smell of confining inside. Bins trenant right at the entrance. Damaged terrace. Torn furniture. Dump of old broken furniture in a corner. Zero communication with the owner during the stay. Very noisy above busy cafes. Openwork entrance door. Not secure.
