Την Πέμπτη 7 Απριλίου 7 ημέρες μετά αφού δεν είχα καμία ενημέρωση επικοινώνησα μαζί τους μίλησα με μια κοπέλα και μου είπε αύριο είναι να την παραλάβουμε από τον προμηθευτή δλδ Παρασκευή 8 Απριλίου. Την Δευτέρα 11 Απριλίου 11 μέρες μετά μου στέλνουν απλά ένα email να μου πουν ότι δεν έχουν την τροφή και δεν ξέρουν ποτέ θα παραλάβουν από τον προμηθευτή και μου προτείνουν μια άλλη. Επικοινωνώ μαζί τους και φυσικά ακυρώνω την παραγγελία. Η κοροϊδία στο μεγαλείο της και εγώ περιμένω τη τροφή τόσες μέρες που ήταν πληρωμένη κιόλας, περιμένω και επιστροφή χρημάτων και καλά θα κάνουν να τα πιστωσουν άμεσα. Άμα δεν μπορείτε κύριοι κλείστε το μαγαζί η βάλτε λιγότερα πράγματα να μπορείτε να τα διαχειρειστειτε. Πότε ξανά από το συγκεκριμένο μαγαζί. Άμα υπήρχε θα έβαζα μηδέν αστέρια από εξυπηρέτηση μέχρι και πώληση προϊόντων. I ordered on March 31 a dry cat food wrote shipment 4-10 days. X	Xenia Sa on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ordered a kettle, arrived with a broken handle that was neatly shoved into the kettle (meaning a) someone must have seen in and ignored it and b) there was no quality check carried out to the product before shipping), after multiple phone calls the refund procedure is plain ridiculous and the staff have zero communication among them and each told a different plan of action. Faulty products need IMMEDIATE refund no questions asked. Will not be buying again and don't recommend either. One star is just because the call center actually answers even though the answers are not convincing. Shame.
