Πιαστοπούλου, έλαβε μέρος στον διεθνή διαγωνισμό πιάνου: "22e Concours International de Piano d' lle-de-France", ο οποίος διεξήχθη στις 6 Ιουνίου 2021 στο Παρίσι, στην κατηγορία Cycle 2 και απέσπασε την ανώτατη διάκριση του διαγωνισμού "très bien à l'unanimité", διάκριση που αντιστοιχεί στο πρώτο βραβείο.
