Την τελευταία φορά που ρώτησα μια τιμή τηλεφωνικά χρειάστηκε να καλέσω 2 φορές αλλά ακόμη περιμένω να με πάρουν να μου πουν. When I was in Koropi and I bought what I wanted from the store, everything was ok. The last time I asked for a price over the phone I had to call 2 times but I am still waiting to be told.
i	ioannis markac on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Αν παραγγειλεις και ζητησεις εκπτωση ενα 10% σου την κανουν. Δινουν κατι φιλτρα γερμανικα SCT πολυ καλα, εχουν μικρο στοκ γενικά αλλα τα φερνουν αυθημερον. If you order and request a 10% discount, they will do it for you. They give some German SCT filters very well, they have a small stock in general but they bring them the same day.

G	Gior S on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Έπειτα απο τηλεφωνική επικοινωνία με το κατάστημα, μετά απο πολλαπλές προσπάθειες, έκανα διευκρινιστικές ερωτήσεις για τα ανταλλακτικά που θα παράγγελνα αν ήταν όλα ετοιμοπαράδοτα και με διαβεβαίωσε ο υπάλληλος οτι είναι όλα οκ. Πρόσθεσα την παραγγελία μου στις 4/8/21 και επικοινώνησα εκ νέου μαζί του για τον χρόνο παράδοσης της. Με διαβεβαίωσε οτι τα ανταλλακτικά θα έφευγαν απο το κατάστημα τους στις 5/8/21. Δεν έλαβα κάποιο email στις 5/8/21 οπότε και ξαναεπικοινώνησα μαζί τους για την εξέλιξη της παραγγελίας μου. Με ενημέρωσαν οτι θα έφευγε στις 6/8/21 μέσω email και θα μου έστελναν το voucher. Μετα απο πολλαπλά τηλεφωνήματα, απέστειλα email στις 9/8/21 για την εξέλιξη της και ενημερώνοντας τους οτι δεν θα βρίσκομαι για πολλές ημέρες στον τόπο παράδοσης της και προσπάθησα, ξανα, να επικοινωνήσω μαζί τους στο τηλέφωνο αλλά μάταια. Μέχρι και σήμερα 22/8/21 δεν έχω λάβει κανένα απολύτως voucher και θεωρώ ακυρωμένη την παραγγελία χωρίς καμία απολύτως ενημέρωση για την εξέλιξη της. Απαράδεκτοι. After telephone contact with the store, after multiple attempts, I asked clarifying questions about the spare parts that I would order if they were all ready and the employee assured me that everything is ok. I added my order on 4/8/21 and contacted him again for the delivery time. He assured me that the spare parts would leave their store on 5/8/21. I did not receive any email on 5/8/21 when I contacted them again about the progress of my order. I was informed that he would leave on 6/8/21 via email and they would send me the voucher. After multiple phone calls, I sent an email on 9/8/21 about its development and informing them that I will not be at the place of delivery for many days and I tried, again, to contact them on the phone but in vain. To date 22/8/21 I have not received any vouchers and I consider the order canceled without any information on its progress. Unacceptable.
Κ	Κώστας Γαβριήλ (Mafiozos68) on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Τυχαία ανακάλυψα το κατάστημα, καθώς είχα πάει για δουλειά στον ΕΦΚΑ δίπλα. Πήρα φίλτρο καμπίνας SCT για Skoda με 6,5€ και μιλάμε για φίλτρο που ''πατάει'' για πλάκα πολλά ακριβότερα χάρτινα φίλτρα!! Εντυπωσιάστηκα. Θα ξαναπάω βέβαια

C	Coen H on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 2 stars. Even though it is -supposedly- under new management, little has changed. For small very common items like an oil filter they are just about capable to help you, if you ask any part other than an air- or oil filter they don't know what to do anymore. A simple task like getting a price will take weeks (if ever) and will need multiple phonecalls to chase behind their sses. I'd say 1 but I'm feeling generous today.
