Σ	Σοφια Καρ. on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ένα εξαιρετικό τμήμα με μοναδικούς αξιόλογους αστυνομικούς. Όλες τις φορές είναι πάντα εξυπηρετικοί και δίνουν βοήθεια και άμεση λύση. Σήμερα 2/4 ήρθαν σπίτι γιατί είχαν παρατηρήσει κατά τις περιπολίες τους ότι είναι ανοιχτό το παράθυρο του αυτοκινήτου.. Χίλια ευχαριστώ στα παλικάρια που μας ενημέρωσαν. Μπράβο σε ολους An excellent department with unique notable police officers. All the time they are always helpful and give help and immediate solution. Today, 2/4, they came home because they had noticed during their patrols that the car window was open. Thank you very much to the young men who informed us. Well done to all of you
G	George Bratsiotis on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Χρειάστηκε να πάω δύο φορές στο αστυνομικό τμήμα των Αμπελόκηπων για ανανέωση ταυτότητας και για έκδοση καινούργιας ταυτότητας των παιδιών μου. Ο αστυνομικός που ήταν υπεύθυνος για τις ταυτότητες ήταν πολύ εξυπηρετικός και ευγενικός. Για να είμαι απόλυτα ειλικρινής, από τους τρεις δημόσιους οργανισμούς που έπρεπε να επισκεφτώ (Ληξιαρχείο, δημοτολόγιο, και αστυνομία), το Αστυνομικό Τμήμα Αμπελοκήπων ήταν το καλύτερο. I had to go to the Ampelokipi police station twice to renew my identity and to issue a new identity card for my children. The officer in charge of the IDs was very helpful and polite. To be completely honest, of the three public organizations I had to visit (Registry, municipal register, and police), the Ampelokipi Police Department was the best.
Y	Yannis P on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Δεν έχω λόγια για την υποδειγματική εικόνα αυτού τού τμήματος, πραγματικά θέτει στάνταρντς για όλη την εικόνα της αστυνομίας. Θέλω να ευχαριστήσω τον υπαρχιφύλακα Ιωάννη Βαγγέλογλου για την άψογη εξυπηρέτηση του. Ήταν φιλικός,άμεσος, γνώστης της ΔΟΥΛΕΙΑΣ του(!) και πρόθυμος να με βοηθήσει στο πρόβλημά μου. Ενώ αλλού σου φέρονται βιαστικά και δε σε βοηθάει κανείς άμεσα και αποτελεσματικά,εδώ, και χάρις σε έναν υπάλληλο, η δουλειά έγινε στο πιτς φυτίλι. Μπράβο σας,μακάρι να ήταν έτσι όλοι οι υπάλληλοι της Ελληνικής αστυνομίας I have no words for the exemplary image of this department, it really sets the standard for the whole image of the police. I want to thank the bodyguard Ioannis Vangeloglou for his impeccable service. He was friendly, direct, knowledgeable about his JOB (!) And willing to help me with my problem. While elsewhere you are treated hastily and no one helps you directly and effectively, here, and thanks to an employee, the job was done in the wick pit. Well done, I wish all Greek police officers were like that

Χρειάστηκε να πάω 3 φορές σε διαφορετικές βάρδιες γιατί όλοι είχαν πολλή δουλειά εκεί μέσα ???όταν τελικά κατάφερα να βρω κάποιον που μπορεί να με εξυπηρετήσει έπρεπε να περιμένω 2,5 ώρες γιατί πήγαν να ψάξουν το κινητό μιας κοπέλας που ήταν πριν από μένα. Ουαου σκέφτηκα, έτσι θα ψάξουν και για το δικό μου; Αφού γύρισαν λοιπόν πήγα και εγώ πάνω μαζί με την κοπέλα που τελικά δεν βρήκαν το κινητό της και της έλεγαν, μην απογοητεύεται ακόμα θα απογοητευτουμε μαζί σε λίγες μέρες ?? φοβερό πάθος για δουλειά. Όταν επιτέλους ήρθε η σειρά μου ζήτησαν την ταυτότητα μου μου συμπλήρωσαν ένα χαρτί και μου είπαν τελειώσαμε. Ρώτησα αν σκόπευουν να με ρωτήσουν κάτι άλλο, πως το έχασα, που, κλπ. Ο αξιωματικός με ενημέρωσε ότι το κινητό μου δεν πρόκειται να βρεθεί και ότι είναι απλά μια τυπική διαδικασία. Μάλιστα δεν παρέλειψε να προσθέσει : τι περιμένεις, να βγούμε στο δρόμο να το ψάξουμε; Αυτό που κάνανε δηλαδή, προηγουμένως για την κοπέλα που ήταν στο ίδιο δωμάτιο με εμένα και άκουγε αμήχανα ?? Δεν φορούσανε μάσκες στα γραφεία, γεγονός που με εξέπληξε, στην εποχή της πανδημίας. Τα 5 κενά που συμπλήρωσαν στη δήλωση μου είχαν ορθογραφικά λάθη και συγκεκριμενα : το μοντέλο του κινητού, το όνομα μου, ο τόπος γέννησης μου και το πατρώνυμο μου. Ευτυχώς το IMMEI ήταν σωστό... περιέργως. Όταν πρότεινα να διορθώσουμε τα λάθη, μου εξήγησαν ότι δεν έχει καμία απολύτως σημασία ??? και μου ξαναεπισημαναν ότι είναι ΜΟΝΟ μια τυπική διαδικασία. Σκέφτηκα ότι αν έστελνα την κοπέλα μου ίσως γινόταν κατι. Προτιμάω βέβαια να πάρω καινούριο κινητό από το να στείλω την κοπέλα μου εκει μέσα. Δεν είχα βέβαια, ιδιαίτερες προσδοκίες εξαρχής, αλλά περίμενα ένα στοιχειώδες ενδιαφέρον για να κάνουν την δουλειά τους, για την οποία πληρώνονται από τον ελληνικό λαό. Την επόμενη φορά που θα συμβεί κάτι έχω περισσότερες πιθανότητες να λύσω το θέμα μόνος μου. Ελπίζω να διαβαστεί αυτό το μήνυμα από την διεύθυνση του τμήματος και να γίνουν οι απαραίτητες επιπλήξεις στους υπαλλήλους, για να αποφευχθούν στο μέλλον τέτοιου είδους συμπεριφορές. Άλλωστε, αν δεν μας προστατεύει ούτε η αστυνομία, τότε ποιος;;?? I went to make a cell phone loss statement. I had to go 3 times in different shifts because everyone had a lot of work in there ταν When I finally managed to find someone who could serve me I had to wait 2.5 hours because they went to look for the cell phone of a girl who was before me. Wow I thought, so they will look for mine too? So after they came back I went up with the girl who finally did not find her cell phone and told her, do not be disappointed yet we will be disappointed together in a few days ?? terrible passion for work. When it was finally my turn, they asked for my ID, filled out a paper and told me we were done. I asked if they intended to ask me something else, how I lost it, where, etc. The officer informed me that my cell phone was not going to be found and that it was just a formal procedure. In fact, he did not fail to add: what are you waiting for, to go out on the street to look for it? That is, what they did before, for the girl who was in the same room with me and listened awkwardly ?? They did not wear masks in the offices, a fact that surprised me, in the time of the pandemic. The 5 blanks that filled in my statement had spelling mistakes and specifically: my mobile phone model, my name, my place of birth and my patronymic. Fortunately the IMMEI was right ... weird. When I suggested that we correct the mistakes, they explained to me that it does not matter at all; and they reiterated to me that it is ONLY a formal procedure. I thought that if I sent my girlfriend maybe something would happen. Of course I would rather get a new cell phone than send my girlfriend in there. Of course, I did not have special expectations from the beginning, but I expected an elementary interest in doing their job, for which they are paid by the Greek people. The next time something happens I am more likely to solve the issue on my own. I hope that this message is read from the management of the department and that the necessary reprimands are made to the employees, in order to avoid such behaviors in the future. After all, if the police do not protect us either, then who ?? ??

But the staff working that night was very sweet, they let me smoke while I was being interrogated, I had fresh water and it was Giorgos Birthday! So much fun! It took a bit longer than usual for me to be released tho cause I needed a fax from the ambassy to leave that wasn't arriving cause they realized a bit later that the printer didn't have any paper left. So 4 stars for my experience there, 1 star for my arrest tho, considering what I did (Took a picture of the US ambassy. I didn't even know it was a crime!) They could have been way nicer and not handcuff me after pushing me against their car #sadface. That was malakies. But a fun escape room kind of night after all. Cheers!
