★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Όταν οι υπηρεσίες που εξυπηρετούν τον πολίτη λειτουργούν όπως ακριβώς θα έπρεπε, το θεωρούμε δυστυχώς ως υπέρβαση. Έτσι και αλλιώς όμως η ευγένεια, η αμεσότητα και η ποιότητα εξυπηρέτησης μου για την ανανέωση διαβατηρίου στο Αστυνομικό τμήμα Κερατέας από την Υπαρχιφύλακα κα Σουλακίδου Δήμητρα ήταν εξαιρετική ( σε αντίθεση με την αντίστοιχη υπηρεσία στο Ελληνικό ) Ευχαριστώ & Καλή Χρονιά
When the services that serve the citizen function exactly as they should, we unfortunately consider it as an excess. Anyway, my courtesy, immediacy and quality of service for the renewal of my passport at the Keratea Police Station by the Constable Mrs. Soulakidou Dimitra was excellent (in contrast to the corresponding service at Elliniko) Thank you & Happy New Year

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Πλημμελής άσκηση των καθηκόντων τους, από τον κατώτερο ως τον ανώτερο… πήγα για έκδοση διαβατηρίου 7.30 το πρωί…αφού προηγουμένως έπαιρνα επί μια ημέρα τηλέφωνο και δεν απαντούσε κανείς…ενημερώθηκα ότι μπορώ να πάω την επόμενη χωρίς ραντεβού… πήγα την επόμενη 8.00 και ήταν όλη η ημέρα με κλεισμένα ραντεβού και θα έπρεπε να περιμένω «όσο χρειαστεί »!. Ο διοικητής δεν ήταν αρμόδιος, η υπάλληλος των διαβατηρίων δεν ήταν αρμόδια, η διεύθυνση διαβατηρίων δεν απάντησε για κανένα λόγω στα 20 τηλεφωνήματά μου…και κανένας ΔΕΝ ΕΦΤΑΙΓΕ…!!
Improper performance of their duties, from junior to senior… I went for a passport at 7.30 in the morning… after previously I got on the phone for a day and no one answered κα I was informed that I can go the next day without an appointment γα I went to the next 8.00 and it was all the day with closed appointments and I should wait "as long as necessary" !. The commander was not in charge, the passport officer was not in charge, the passport office did not answer for any reason in my 20 phone calls… and no one was to blame… !!
