★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Σε εποχή Covid για να κλείσεις ραντεβού για διαβατήριο σε προτρέπουν να πας επι τόπου και όχι τηλεφωνικά (στην ουρά σήμερα 60 άτομα). Δυο αστυνομικοί στην είσοδο χωρίς μάσκα.
In the Covid era, to make an appointment for a passport, they urge you to go on the spot and not by phone (60 people in line today). Two policemen at the entrance without a mask.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Αίσχος το να μην απαντά κανείς στο τηλέφωνο,όταν μπορεί να διακυβεύονται πολλά.Δεν ενδιαφέρει κανένα σας προφανώς και ούτε πρόκειται ένα σχόλιο να σας επηρεάσει-αναφέρω απλώς για όσους καλόπιστους/αφελείς μπορεί να έχουν προσδοκίες εξυπηρέτησης,να τις εγκαταλείψουν.
It is a disgrace that no one answers the phone, when a lot can be at stake. None of you are obviously interested and neither is a comment going to affect you - I am just referring to those who are honest / naive can have expectations of service, to abandon them.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Και που κάνω κριτική ούτε που θα τους νοιάξει,δηλαδή ούτε καν που θα το δουν, μιας και πληρώνονται από ελληνικούς Φόρους όποτε δεν έχουν την ανασφάλεια της απόλυσης όπως στον ιδιωτικό τομέα. Είναι όμως τραγικό να βρισκόμαστε στο 2022 και να πρέπει να περιμένεις 5 ώρες για έκδοση διαβατηρίου και μετά να σου λένε ότι δεν εξυπηρετούν μετά τις 3 κανέναν και απλά να έχεις σπαταλήσει όλο σου το πρωινό για το τίποτα ! Να γίνουν όλα ηλεκτρονικά από την στιγμή που έχουμε μπει στην ψηφιακή εποχή, να μην πληρώνουμε κανέναν τους! Στον ιδιωτικό τομέα μας ξεζουμίζουν και αυτοί κάνουν με το πάσο τους να εξυπηρετήσουν 10 άτομα . Ελληνικό δημόσιο του μεσαίωνα, χίλια μπράβο!!
And that I criticize that they will not care, that is, they will not even see it, since they are paid by Greek Taxes whenever they do not have the insecurity of dismissal as in the private sector. But it is tragic that we are in 2022 and you have to wait 5 hours for a passport to be issued and then they tell you that they do not serve anyone after 3 and you have just wasted all your breakfast for nothing! To do everything electronically from the moment we have entered the digital age, not to pay any of them! In the private sector, they are making a fuss and they are doing their best to serve 10 people. Greek public of the Middle Ages, a thousand bravos !!
