a	anna kont on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Τραγικό να έχεις ραντεβού για pcr test στις 15:00 και να σε παίρνουν 15:30. Τραγικό να θέλουν τα αποτελέσματα 2 ολόκληρες μέρες να βγουν όταν πρέπει να μάθεις αν νοσείς ή όχι για να συνεχίσεις τη ζωή σου και να μην έρχεσαι σε επαφή με άλλους ανθρώπους. Κάποιοι δεν έχουν τη δυνατότητα να κάνουν καραντίνα, πρέπει να δουλέψουν. Το μοριακο τεστ θέλει 6 με 8 ώρες όχι 24 με 48!!!!!! Φτιάχτε το γιατί παίρνετε άτομα στον λαιμό σας, άδικα. Για κάποιον λόγο το έκανα το μοριακό. Και για κάποιον λόγο χρειάζομαι το αποτέλεσμα εγκαίρως και οχι το 2023. Ευχαριστώ <3 Tragic to have an appointment for pcr test at 15:00 and to be picked up at 15:30. It is tragic that the results want 2 whole days to come out when you have to find out if you are sick or not in order to continue your life and not come in contact with other people. Some do not have the ability to quarantine, they have to work. The molecular test takes 6 to 8 hours not 24 to 48 !!!!!! Fix it because you get people around your neck, unfairly. For some reason I did the molecular. And for some reason I need the result on time and not in 2023. Thanks <3
M	Maria S. on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Έχω επισκεφτεί το συγκεκριμένο πολυϊτρείο για τη διενέργεια rapid test διότι είναι πολύ κοντά στο σπίτι μου και είναι ανοιχτό και τα ΣΚ. Συγκεκριμένα σήμερα έκανα rapid στις 12 και διαβεβαίωσαν ότι θα το αναρτούσαν εντός 2 ωρών. Αυτό βέβαια δεν έγινε ποτέ. Χρειάστηκαν πάνω από 3 ώρες και 3 τηλεφωνήματα προς αυτούς για να το ανεβάσουν. Γνωρίζω πολύ καλά ότι το να ανεβάσει κάποιος ένα rapid είναι υπόθεση δευτερολέπτων και αυτό το έχω διαπιστώσει σε φαρμακεία που έχω πάει για την ίδια δουλειά. Το να μου λένε ότι λόγω φόρτου δεν το είχαν έτοιμο εγκαίρως δεν το δέχομαι διότι γνωρίζω πόσο σύντομη διαδικασία είναι. Πρέπει να μάθουν να είναι πιο σύντομοι με τους χρόνους τους γιατί αν μη τι άλλο ροκανίζουν και τον χρόνο ενός rapid που έχει 48ωρη διάρκεια. I have visited the specific polyclinic for the rapid test because it is very close to my house and the SK is open. Specifically today I did rapid at 12 and they assured that they would post it within 2 hours. Of course, this never happened. It took over 3 hours and 3 phone calls to them to upload it. I know very well that uploading a rapid is a matter of seconds and I have found this in pharmacies that I have gone to for the same job. I am not accepted for being told that due to the load they did not have it ready in time because I know how short the process is. They have to learn to be shorter with their times because if nothing else they gnaw at the time of a rapid that lasts 48 hours.

Ιδιωτική ασφάλεια στην εταιρεία από το 2014, τρεις φορές χρειάστηκε να την αξιοποιήσουμε. Πεταμένα λεφτά. Στο Μαρούσι στην υποδοχή δεν έχουν ιδέα τι τους γίνεται,ο γενικός γιατρός που ήταν το βράδυ,ηταν ανεδέστατος,μας μιλούσε στον ενικό και μας έκλεισε την πόρτα στη μούρη όταν του ζητήσαμε να μας απευθύνεται με ευγένεια στον πληθυντικό. Φύγαμε και πήγαμε σε εφημερεύον δημόσιο. Αύριο ακυρώνουμε την ιδιωτική,η οποία για άλλη μια φορά απέδειξε την ανεπάρκειά της. Great at getting your money's worth. Unacceptable and useless when you need them. Private security in the company since 2014, we had to use it three times. Wasted money. In Maroussi at the reception they have no idea what is happening to them, the general practitioner who was at night, was unrestrained, he was talking to us in the singular and he closed the door on the berry when we asked him to address us politely in the plural. We left and went to the public on duty. Tomorrow we cancel the private one, which once again proved its inadequacy.
G	George Lambrianos on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Θα ήθελα να διευκρινίσω πως το ποστ αφορά επίσκεψη για PCR. Πήρα τηλ. και με ενημέρωσαν 0ως δεν χρειαζόταν ραντεβού. Εφόσον φτάσαμε και περιμέναμε 45 λεπτά μέσα στο κρύο με δύο παιδιά, παίρνω τηλέφωνο στην ρεσεψιόν για να ενημερωθώ με το τι γίνεται. Στα πέντε λεπτά βγαίνει μια κυρία για να μας πει ότι υπήρχαν 2 κρούσματα και πρέπει να κάνουν απολύμανση. Ρώτησα πόση ώρα θα πάρει ( μετά από αναμονή μιας ώρας) και δεν ήξερε να απάντηση. Εφόσον έβλεπαν κόσμο να 0εριμενει έξω - και σιγά σιγά να αυξάνεται ο αριθμός - δεν θα έπρεπε να βγει κάποιος να το πει από την αρχή? Φύγαμε,πήγαμε Βιοϊατρική όπου είχε τουλάχιστον 40 άτομα και τελειώσαμε σε μισή ώρα Αν δεν μπορεί το Medifirst να διαχειριστεί PCR testing ας μην το κάνει. I would like to clarify that the post is about a PCR visit. I got a phone call and they informed me that there was no need for an appointment. Since we arrived and waited 45 minutes in the cold with two children, I called the reception to find out what was going on. In five minutes a lady comes out to tell us that there were 2 cases and they need to disinfect. I asked how long it would take (after waiting an hour) and he did not know the answer. Since they saw people waiting outside - and the number slowly increasing - should not someone go out and say it from the beginning? We left, went to Biomedicine where there were at least 40 people and finished in half an hour If Medifirst can't handle PCR testing let it do so.
e	efi kassouri on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ευχαριστώ πάρα πολύ την κ.Μαρία Ρέππα (Τμήμα Υπέρηχων) και τον κ.Γιώργο Γουγουρλή (Τμήμα Παθολογίας) για την φροντίδα και την προσοχή που μου δίνουν, όποτε χρειάζεται. Πολύ καλοί επιστήμονες αλλά και άνθρωποι που βοηθούν. Επίσης ελπίζω να βρω εξίσου πολύ καλό Ενδοκρινολόγο - γιατί αυτή που με είχατε αναθέσει αρχικά υπολείπεται συγκριτικά με την εμπειρία που έχω από τους άλλους σας γιατρούς κι έτσι επέλεξα να δοκιμάσω με άλλον γιατρό εντός του Πολυιατρείου. Σχετικά με τα ραντεβού για εξετάσεις & check up δυστυχώς δεν υπάρχει μεγάλη διαθεσιμότητα, γι αυτό θα πρέπει να κλείνονται αρκετα πιο νωρίς. Η Γραμματεία είναι πρόθυμη να εξυπηρετήσει και να κατευθύνει, οι χώροι είναι καθαροί και προσεγμένοι, υπάρχει πληθώρα ειδικών μοντέρνων μηχανημάτων για εξετάσεις και το επιστημονικό προσωπικό στο Αιματολογικό πολύ καλό επίσης. Βάζω 4 αστεράκια για να συνεχίσουμε κι ακόμα καλύτερα - σας ευχαριστώ πολύ! Many thanks to Mrs. Maria Reppa (Department of Ultrasound) and Mr. George Gougourlis (Department of Pathology) for the care and attention they give me, whenever needed. Very good scientists but also people who help. I also hope to find an equally good Endocrinologist - because the one you originally assigned me lags behind the experience I have from your other doctors and so I chose to try with another doctor in the Polyclinic. Regarding the appointments for exams & check up, unfortunately there is not much availability, so they should be booked much earlier. The Secretariat is willing to serve and direct, the premises are clean and tidy, there is a plethora of special modern equipment for examinations and the scientific staff at the Hematology very good as well. I put 4 stars to continue and even better - thank you very much!
