★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Μου πήραν δώρο από το συγκεκριμένο κατάστημα το οποίο ήθελα να αλλάξω. Αφού τους έκανα άπειρα τηλέφωνα και δεν το σήκωσαν ποτέ, γιατί χρειαζομουν την κατεύθυνση τους για την επιστροφή, τελικά το επέστρεψα μετά το πέρας των 14 ημερών από την αλλαγή. Έπρεπε να το παραδώσω σε συγκεκριμένη μεταφορική εταιρεία με τους οποίους συνεργάζονται και ταυτόχρονα πέρασε και μια βδομάδα με τον χιονιά στην Αθήνα. Το αποτέλεσμα ήταν να το στείλω έναν μήνα μετά. Φυσικά τώρα τα τηλέφωνα τα χρησιμοποιούν γιατί με κάλεσαν για να με ενημερώσουν ότι το προϊόν (το οποίο τονίζω είναι κλειστό και αχρησιμοποίητο) δεν γίνεται να επιστραφεί. Τέλειος αναξιόπιστο κατάστημα!
 They got me a gift from the specific store that I wanted to change. After making endless phone calls to them and they never picked it up, because I needed their direction to return, I finally returned it after 14 days from the change. I had to deliver it to a specific transport company with which they work and at the same time he spent a week with the snow in Athens. The result was to send it a month later. Of course now the phones use them because they called me to inform me that the product (which I emphasize is closed and unused) can not be returned. Perfect unreliable store!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I was wrongly impressed by their service on my first order but I got really dissapointed while trying to put an order of €500 by kindly asking for a specific garment’s measurements since they were not available on their website. The lady on the phone told me that she is really busy and that she will try to call me back by the end of the day but the fact is that she forgot to do so even the day after.
Typical unprofessional behaviour of a local store.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ DONT DO IT!. i paid shipping 1.90euros for the parcel to be sent to athens. When i received my parcel i had to return one of the 3 products due to wrong size and get my money back. i paid 9.50 euros for the shipping...for a product that costs 15 euros (plus the initial shipping...11.40 shipping in total!!!) ...this is totally unacceptable. Not to say that my alternative was to sent back the item, without paying shipping, and get something else from the e shop, where the items i saw were overpriced and i had to pay again shipping if the total cost of the purchase was not above 70 euros! Ridiculous e-shopping experience.
