M	Maria Zourou on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Υπήρχαν αρκετές κακοτεχνίες και προχειρότητες στα έπιπλα που αγόρασα τα οποία δεν ανταποκρίνονταν καν ακριβώς στις φωτογραφίες που είδα. Επιπλέον, η σελίδα τους αναφέρει τη δυνατότητα επιστροφής προϊόντων αλλά όταν ρώτησα στο τηλέφωνο σχετικά, μόνο που δεν με έβρισαν. Αν η ποιότητα των επίπλων τους ήταν τόσο καλή όσο είναι αγενής η εξυπηρέτηση τους, θα ήταν πολύ καλύτεροι. There were several flaws and sloppiness in the furniture I bought that did not even correspond exactly to the photos I saw. In addition, their page mentions the possibility of returning products but when I asked on the phone about it, they just did not find me. If the quality of their furniture was as good as their service is rude, they would be much better.

Δεν ήθελε ο αγενέστατος υπάλληλος που απάντησε στο τηλέφωνο καν να μπει στη διαδικασία να μου πει πόσο κοστίζει το προϊόν καθώς άλλη τιμή γράφει στο σαιτ άλλη στο skroutz. Δεν ξέρουν τι τους γίνεται και ντροπή που μιλουν με αυτό τον τρόπο σε υποψήφιους πελάτες.. Αν μπορούσα να βάλω κανένα αστέρι και απλά το σχόλιο αυτό θα έβαζα. Διότι αντί να παρακαλάνε να έχουν πελάτες τους διώχνουν. Τραγικοί! I contacted them about a product that interested me. The most rude employee who answered the phone did not even want to go into the process to tell me how much the product costs as another price is written on the site and another on skroutz. They do not know what happens to them and it is a shame that they speak in this way to potential customers .. If I could put any star and I would just put this comment. Because instead of begging to have customers they drive them away. Tragic!

Το κατάστημα το εντόπισα μέσω του skroutz.gr, χάρη στις κάλες και ανταγωνιστικές του τιμές. Και τις 2 φορές συνεννοήθηκα με τον κ. Κώστα, ο οποίος είναι άμεσος, ευγενικός και γνώστης του αντικειμένου. Να σημειώσω ότι κατοικώ στην Θεσσαλονίκη και είχα τα προϊόντα στην διάθεσή μου την επόμενη ημέρα από την ημέρα της αγοράς (σχεδόν σε 24 ώρες). Ακόμα και από κατάστημα εδώ στη Θεσσαλονίκη να τα έπαιρνα, δεν πιστεύω ότι θα τα είχα παραλάβει τόσο γρήγορα. Τα προϊόντα έφτασαν με την συσκευασία της εταιρείας τους, πολύ προσεγμένα και ήταν άρτια. Η εμπειρία μου άκρως θετική μέχρι τώρα, εξού και τα 5. My experience with this store has to do with the purchase of electrical appliances, specifically a refrigerator last year and an oven and a stove this year. I located the store through skroutz.gr, thanks to its good and competitive prices. Both times I consulted with Mr. Costas, who is direct, polite and knowledgeable about the subject. Note that I live in Thessaloniki and I had the products at my disposal the next day from the day of purchase (in almost 24 hours). Even if I bought them from a store here in Thessaloniki, I do not think I would have received them so quickly. The products arrived with the packaging of their company, very carefully and were perfect. My experience is very positive so far, hence the 5 .

Διαβάζοντας το πως απαντάνε στις αρνητικές αξιολογήσεις επιβεβαίωσα την ίδια αλαζονική συμπεριφορά. Τι να πω ίσως έχουν ψυχολογικά ή άλλου είδους θέματα. Εγώ πάντως δεν ψώνισα. I visited the store to see a sofa. I felt an icy atmosphere both in the space and from the people. Reluctance and ironic answers. Reading how they respond to negative reviews I confirmed the same arrogant behavior. What can I say maybe they have psychological or other issues. However, I did not shop.
