★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A must if you are looking for a language book.the store is a bit hidden in academias' avenue. The oark8ng is with tickets per hour in that area. The guy was very helpfull and they also hace POS. If they don"t have the book you seek, they order it and give you an appointment to collect.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Completely indifferent staff (they make you a favor, just speaking to you).
Also the telephone is just for decoration purposes, don't even think of calling, they never answer. I was trying all morning to make an appointment because of covid-19 policies and 24 efforts were not enough (when I was in the bookstore, three staff members - I was the only customer - were doing nothing and the telephone was ringing for ever. Shameless).
Its hard for me to understand how they keep going with this attitude.
Never again.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great selection! It was awesome to buy 3 different titles in 3 different languages--in the same place! The staff offered to help and was attentive. I love this place and Mama Tierra next door!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The shop is expanding. Good. It seems that what drives the sales is the public's demand rather than their customer service. The owner is always cold, unapproachable and rather rude. He never greets customers, never says hello to old faces, so yes, I found the books I was looking for but overpriced. Way overpriced compared to other online sellers. Why should i keep going there when the owner does not pay the respect I decerve not as a customer but as a human being?
