It is literally excellent! A family business with a long tradition and a passion for what they do, very kind and cheerful. I tried casserole (cheese-parmesan) and bougatsa with cream, it is one of the most delicious puff pastries I have tasted. Leaf crispy, without fat , the quality of the raw materials can be seen from the first bite! Good for the bougatsa, in all its impeccable!
