★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Η κυρία στην τηλεφωνική εξυπηρέτηση και στην υποδοχή του καταστήματος ήταν ευγενική και εξυπηρετική.Ο κύριος όμως που ανέλαβε να μας δείξει τα προϊόντα δεν είχε καμία απολύτως διάθεση να μας δείξει,σαν να τον αναγκάσαμε.Μας άφησε μόνους μας τρεις φορές, μας έδειξε ελάχιστα,δεν μας εξηγησε τίποτα.Με τίποτα δε θα το σύστηνα!!
 The lady in the telephone service and in the reception of the store was polite and helpful. But the gentleman who undertook to show us the products was absolutely not in the mood to show us, as if we had forced him. He left us alone three times, he showed us little, he did not explain anything to us. I would not recommend it with anything !!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Απλά τραγικοί. Λάθος σε παραγγελία. Καθυστέρηση 3 εβδομάδων. Όλο το έργο πήγε πίσω. Τεράστια ζημιά. Καμία έμπρακτη ένδειξη ενδιαφέροντος και κατανόησης του λάθους τους.
Just tragic. Wrong order. 3 week delay. The whole project went back. Huge damage. No practical indication of interest and understanding of their mistake.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Απαράδεκτοι από την αρχή μέχρι το τέλος! Δυστυχώς έκανα κουζίνα σε αυτούς. Άλλος μετράει, άλλος σχεδιάζει και άλλοι περνάνε (στη δικιά μου περίπτωση πέρασαν 2 συνεργεία από το σπίτι γιατί ο πρώτος δε μπόρεσε ποτέ να την τελειώσει και ήρθε ο δεύτερος και την αποτέλειωσε). Όλο αυτό πήρε σχεδόν 2 χρόνια. Και αυτός είναι ο λόγος που ζητάνε να εξοφληθεί η παραγγελία πριν την παράδοση. Γιατί δεν πρόκειται ποτέ να έχεις αυτό που παράγγειλες.
Unacceptable from the beginning to the end! Unfortunately I cooked for them. Another counts, another plans and others pass (in my case 2 crews passed by the house because the first one could never finish it and the second one came and finished it). All this took almost 2 years. And this is the reason why they ask for the order to be paid before delivery. Because you will never have what you ordered.
