 Beyond the products it is worth to stand in the service. Mr. Antonis is a gentle, friendly acquaintance of the subject and guided us perfectly. 100% happy, for me the top choice for tiles and sanitary ware. Especially the particular store.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Εξαιρετική εμπειρία! Κάνω μεγάλη ανακαίνιση στο σπίτι μου στο Λουτράκι και ο αντιπρόσωπος της Porcelana (ο Αντώνης Κουτσουμπέλας) στην έκθεση στον ισθμό είναι απλά καταπληκτικός! Έρχομαι εγώ από την Αμερική που το "customer service" έχει μεγάλη σημασία. Και όμως ο Αντώνης είναι ακόμα καλύτερος από αυτούς που βρίσκεις στην Αμερική! Από πλακάκια, σε πετσετοκρεμάστρες, χαρτοθήκες, κτλ. ο Αντώνης με βοήθησε στα πάντα. Πάρα πολύ ευγενικός και μπορούσε να προσφέρει λύσεις και διάφορες επιλογές για τα πάντα. Είναι εύκολο να δεις ότι πραγματικά ενδιαφέρεται για την δουλειά και τους πελάτες του.
Επιπλέον η Porcelana είχε τις καλύτερες επιλογές προϊόντων (τα πλακάκια τους είναι φοβερά ωραία, δείτε τις επισυναπτόμενες φωτογραφίες) και ειρωνικά με καλές τιμές. Εγώ έψαξα παντού και στο τέλος βρήκα ότι προσφέρει η Porcelanα τα ίδια η καλύτερα πράγματα στις ίδιες η καλύτερες τιμές μετά από τις πολύτιμες προσφορές που δίνουν. Τώρα πια αν χρειάζομαι κάτι πάω κατευθείαν στον Αντώνη και μένω πάντα ευχαριστημένος. Χίλια ευχαριστώ στον Αντώνη και στην Porcelana!
Great experience! I am doing a big renovation at my house in Loutraki and the representative of Porcelana (Antonis Koutsoubelas) at the isthmus exhibition is just amazing! I come from America where "customer service" is very important. And yet Antonis is even better than the ones you find in America! From tiles, to napkins, paper holders, etc. Antonis helped me in everything. Very kind and could offer solutions and various options for everything. It is easy to see that he is really interested in his work and his clients.
In addition Porcelana had the best product choices (their tiles are terribly nice, see the attached photos) and ironically with good prices. I searched everywhere and in the end I found that Porcelain offers the very best things at the same best prices after the valuable offers they give. Now if I need something I go straight to Antonis and I am always happy. Many thanks to Antonis and Porcelana!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Απο έρευνα αγοράς σε διάφορες εταιρείες ανακαλύψαμε τα πιο ποιοτικά και καλόγουστα πλακάκια είδη υγιεινής και αξεσουάρ!!! Το περιβάλλον άκρως φιλικό το προσωπικό ειδικότερα πρόθυμο ευγενικό με άποψη σωστή και αισθητική προτάσεων αναφέρομαι στον κ.Αντώνη και στην κα Ιωάννα!!!!!Χωρίς υπερβολή δεν ξεκολλάς απο εκεί!!!
