M	MARIA TSIOLI on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Είχα κάνει παραγγελία μέσα Δεκεμβρίου τέλη Γενάρη μπαίνω στο κόπο να τους πάρω γιατί δεν μπαίνουν οι ίδιοι να σε ενημερώσουν και μου είπαν ότι τα βαζάκια που που παραγγειλα τους τα στέλνουν ελαττωματικά για να μην πολυλογώ σήμερα μου επέστρεψαν τα χρήματα. I had placed an order in late December, at the end of January, I bother to get them because they do not come in to inform you and they told me that the jars I ordered from them are sent defective so that I do not talk too much today, my money was returned.
S	Spiros Nikolaou on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Εκανα παραγγελία στις 23/11 και το προϊόν υποτίθεται ότι ήταν διαθέσιμο, 1/12 τους κάλεσα για να δω τι γίνεται και μου είπαν ότι δεν ήταν διαθέσιμο και ότι θα ακύρωναν την παραγγελία μου. Καταλαβαίνω ότι υπάρχει όγκος, ότι τα διαθεσιμα τους δεν ενημερώνονται αμέσως αλλά αυτό που με ενοχλεί είναι ότι ενώ διαπίστωσαν μερες πριν ότι δεν το έχουν δεν μου έστειλαν ένα email να με ενημερώσουν να ξέρω κι εγώ τι θα κάνω. I placed an order on 23/11 and the product was supposed to be available, 1/12 I called them to see what was happening and they told me that it was not available and that they would cancel my order. I understand that there is a volume, that their cash is not updated immediately but what bothers me is that while they found out days ago that they do not have it, they did not send me an email to inform me to know what I will do.

L	Lidia Dans on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Έκανα μια παραγγελία 2 τεμαχίων και όχι μόνο μου ήρθε το ένα, αλλά με χρέωσαν και για τα δυο προϊόντα. Απευθείας επικοινώνησα με την εταιρεία η οποία εκτός το γεγονός ότι δεν ήταν εξυπηρετικοί (και το λέω πολυ ευγενικά) με έλεγαν διαρκώς ότι θα με καλέσουν πίσω για να διευθετήσουμε το θέμα. Δεν με κάλεσαν ποτέ πίσω, αναγκάστηκα να πάρω έξω για μια ακόμα φορά. Η απάντηση τους ήταν ότι καταργήθηκε το προιόν. Εννοείται πως δεν υπήρξε ενημέρωση περί του θέματος. Εν τέλει μου επέστρεψαν τα χρήματα, αλλά έπρεπε τελευταία στιγμή να παραγγείλω από άλλο σαητ το προϊόν που ήθελα. I placed an order for 2 pieces and not only did I get one, but I was charged for both products. I contacted the company directly which, apart from the fact that they were not helpful (and I say this very kindly) kept telling me that they would call me back to settle the matter. I was never called back, I had to get out once again. Their response was that the product was removed. Of course, there was no information on the matter. Eventually my money was returned, but I had to order the product I wanted from another site at the last minute.

Παραγγελία με λάμπες. 1 σπασμένη, 1 λάθος προϊόν. 1 μιση μήνα αναμονή για διορθωση, λάθος ξανά στην δεύτερη παραγγελία. Σχετικά καλά προϊόντα για την τιμή τους τα περισσότερα, ευγενική αλλά μη αποτελεσματική εξυπηρέτηση, συνέχεια έκανα τηλέφωνα στα οποία δεν είχα απάντηση στα ερωτήματα, θα με καλούσαν ξανά και πάλι έπαιρνα εγώ μετά από κάποιες μέρες. The worst shopping experience I have ever had. Order with lamps. 1 broken, 1 wrong product. 1 and a half months waiting for correction, error again in the second order. Relatively good products for their price most, kind but inefficient service, then I made phone calls to which I had no answer to the questions, they would call me again and I would pick them up again after a few days.
G	Gogo B. on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Παρήγγειλα κάποιες κούπες 380ml και μου ήρθαν φλυτζανακια. Στην επικοινωνία με το κατάστημα ήταν ειρωνικοί και προσπαθούσαν να με πείσουν ότι είναι λάθος δικό μου. Αφού μίλησα τελικά με καποιον υπεύθυνο μου είπε ότι θα μιλούσε με την εταιρία που τους προμηθεύει το προϊόν και θα με καλούσε την επόμενη μέρα ωστε να λυθεί το θέμα. Δεν εποικοινωνισαν ποτέ ξανά μαζί μου. Καθόλου επαγγελματική συμπεριφορά! I ordered some 380ml cups and I got cups. In communicating with the store they were ironic and tried to convince me that it was my fault. After I finally talked to someone in charge, he told me that he would talk to the company that supplies them with the product and would call me the next day to resolve the issue. They never contacted me again. No professional behavior!

Οταν παρελαβα την παραγγελια διαπίστωσα οτι έλειπαν καποια πράγματα ,επικινώνησα με το κατάστημα ,έχει πέραση μια βδομάδα και ακόμη περιμένω καπια απάντηση . 2.Η παραγγελία έκανε 8 μέρες να φτάσει στο κατάστημα της κούριερ αναγκαστικά να πάω εγώ να την παραλάβω. 3.Η συσκεβασία παρόλο που έγραφε ευθραστο ήταν χτυπημένη. ΔΕΝ ΘΑ ΞΑΝΑΨΩΝΙΣΩ ΑΠΟ ΤΟ ΚΑΤΑΣΤΗΜΑ ΣΑΣ. ΕΥΧΑΡΙΣΤΩ 1. When I received the order I found that some things were missing, I contacted the store, a week has passed and I am still waiting for an answer. 2. The order took 8 days to arrive at the courier store, I had to go and pick it up. 3. The package, although it wrote fragile, was hit. I WILL NOT RE-SHOP FROM YOUR STORE. THANKS
