!!!open at 8:00 in the morning - when all the other cafes are still closed!!! tasty sweeties, snacks and pies, fast and friendly service. few tourists. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED

Unfortunately I'm very disappointed...The table we sat with my friends was dirty with mug stains(probably from the customers that was sitting there before we go.I thought that its normal if they were busy,but when i requested the waiter to clean it before he serves us he did a fast wipe in the middle and all around it was still dirty.I then used the bathroom which was dirty also.I asked for an ashtray and they brought a used one that they had just empty the cigarettes puds,but never wiped it... I'm not a cleaning freak but this place is very dirty.Sad becouse its in the center of the beatyfull town of Chania on a very busy sidewalk....

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Beat ice cream on the planet! And I’m not even a fan of ice cream ? I am ready to come back only for it! Unfortunately we found it on the last day in Chania. I personally recommend the Pistachio flavour ?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We ate in this café today. The woman in charge was very courteous, she also explained what else she could prepare in the kitchen for us. This offered food was freshly prepared and absolutely tasty. We had waffle omelette and a whole grain sandwich. Coffee and tea were also perfect. The ice cream was marvellous, we had strawberry and yoghurt.
We had a great time there. The woman in charge knows very well how to run a café.

Nice guy behind the counter, speaks quite some English.
We tried and ranked:
Strawberry Sorbet - which was too watery and sweet. Sorry, could do better.
Cheesecake something - very, VERY creamy, almost too much. And sweet as well.
Classic chocolate - best of the ice-creams. Creamy with tiny, little choco bits. Not bad at all.
Corona beer in bottle - clear winner of the bunch.
Spotless clean inside.
Adventurous kitchen, clean toilets, suitable for kids.
Took quite a while to get the bill and then even more time to get the change.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Excellent spot to grab a quick coffee/bite during a walk in the city of Chania. The service is nice and friendly, there is a great variety of smoothies and the coffee is really tasty! The ice cream options are something you should definitely try. Great experience, would recommend!
