Evening of Euro Finals ITA-ENG, sitting here since 21:40...its now 22:25 I've stopped counting how many times crew of different tasks were passing by me. Not one started even to ask for my order. 22:30 one lady (function unknown) put a sticker with table number on my table. The only thing they were very quick...putting new tables and chairs for new arriving guests. It's amazing how many extra tables they have in store. BTW, any still official distance rules...forget it. I even asked one maybe person in charge if I could order, that's now approx 20min ago. I'm now for many summers in Greece, not only holidays...working. I'm used to some kind of chaos and improvisation talent, but thus tonight is a new level never experienced before. Worse than summer 2018 when 3 days no ferries between Cyclades because of weather, and the around 4000 people coming same time together in little Port of Santorini, waiting to get on Ferry. This chaos then has been mir organized than this kind of cluelessness today. To owners/manager reading this...don't even dare to come up with any lame excuse about busy evening...it would only show your own failure in management, scheduling and planning. ...one little plus...after 20min I got a 2 liter caraffe of water. Maybe they knew already... 22:45, end of first half of the game, England in lead by one, neighbor table who came 35min after me just ordered. The girl taking orders just passing by me again...do I really have to shout, wave frantically with arms, falling on my knees, begging to be allowed to order...? I'm out of here...

Bad service - uncoordinated staff that rushed us with choosing something from the menu, repeatedly asked us about our room number (so that we could get the discount for hotel guests) which almost turned into harassment considering how often they came to ask about it and eventually they put something on our bill which we never consumed and that was later explained by "store policy". Actually, they did not even give us a receipt, we only found out because the total didn't add up (and was higher than the total would have been without a discount). Needless to say that we had to wait super long for our food although the restaurant was basically empty (but still long before closing time). When we wanted to pay, one of the waiters completely ignored us and walked past us multiple times although there were no other guests around. Also, no wifi. Btw, they did not have any risottos (which they have a whole section of on their menu) and did not mark this on the menu or said it when we received the menus. Overall, a surprisingly unpleasant experience, the place looked so nice when we walked in.

The ambiance really looks great, toilets are clean but the food was terrible. I ordered a plate with meat varieties and it was dry and very tough. Also they need to serve out all the food for the table at once otherwise the other table guest would already be finished before the others are being served

Nice lovely place next to the Marina - had the pork skewers , not too bad. service was a bit slow, but then the place was pretty crowded.

I only can say the food was good. But the service was the worst ever. I have never waited so long for an order. 2 hours just for noodles and after that they just forgot them. 4 pizzas 1,5 hour. At the beginning they brought the menue cards after 30min. I am so upset. The restaurant wasnt even busy. It was awful eating there. Never again.

This place has no customer service or a decent kitchen whatsoever... you have to flag down the waiters and interrupt their on going conversations to even get good or order. I went to this establishment twice. Once for drinks and dessert and next day for lunch. First visit was slow service and the drinks were not correct (which happens a lot) next day we ordered drinks, bruschetta, talagani cheese, seafood RISOTTO (not uncle Ben’s rice) and a portion of gourounopoula. First came a warm water with no ice, then the drinks, then the gourounopoula(no appetizers or silverware) then silverware after pointing it out. Then the cheese and after about 10 minutes the awful rice dish. (No bruschetta yet... Which is the easiest appetizer) After complaining that this is not a risotto the chef said that the rice is basmati (which was not even that lol) and he said he will not change the dish. 55 minutes in with 3 tables in the entire store the bruschetta which I had confirmed twice at that point was a no show. I asked for the bill and left. What a disappointment... Mr Babbis the owner/in charge did not even come out to see what was the problem. It’s a shame for kalamata this place is like that. Note to the arrogant, uneducated and naive chef: What is risotto rice? To create an authentic creamy Italian risotto, the use of specialist rice is imperative. It comes in various forms and is usually very pale in colour, stubby, and smooth in texture. Grains range in length from commune to semifino, fino and superfino, which is the longest. The nature of the grain also varies from region to region. The most commonly used risotto rice in the UK is arborio, although Italians may deem carnaroli and vialone nano to be of higher quality. Other varieties include roma, ribe and baldo. Other long grain rice should be avoided – semi-round risotto rice absorbs liquids and flavours and releases starch far better, giving risotto its characteristic texture.

Worst experience ever. Firstly before we even ordered they told us that the POS wasn't working which is illegal in Greece. Secondly they brought us the wrong food and we had to tell them twice to change it and thirdly they charged us with stuff we didn't buy. The owner had such an attitude. We found out he has been mistreating the employees and blaming them for when things go wrong and you could actually see there dissatisfaction when working. Absolutely ridiculous. Everyone's trying to call themselves an entrepreneur nowadays when they don't have slightest knowledge on business.

Absolutely stunning food, location and staff. Everything we ordered was super tasty especially the Caprese salad, possibly the nicest one we’ve ever had! Good price, unlimited free water and some nuts to start. Very clean all around, following covid guidelines. The only negative we had is the beggars coming into the restaurant and standing table side, I’d of expected the staff to of moved them on, slightly ruined our evening.
