J	Jess Jane on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Lovely resort, beautifully landscaped, well appointed rooms and perfect in everyway. However, its the outstanding service that sets this resort apart. All members of staff we dealt with were so friendly and couldn't do enough for us. We will definitely be going back.
J	Jean Schaak on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I wanted to start off with anything that I didn't particularly like but genuinely cannot think of any. The resort. Beautiful place. Has so many things to do from relaxation to sports to adventure, you will find it there. So many top restaurants to choose from too, you will need to book in advance to get a table. The place is so clean you can eat off the floor if you don't get a table. Although I don't have kids they seem pretty geared up to take care of them too when you want some peace and quiet. Most importantly I totally forgot about Covid while I was there... hallelujah! The people. The core element that makes this place so fantastic. I cannot praise all of them enough for their friendliness, attention to detail, wanting to please, nothing is really too much - if reasonable obviously. Sakis the GM has a great team in Fillipos, Efthimis (funny guy), Babis, Stelios, Ioanna, Julia, Magda, Thanos, Alex and everyone else really including the breakfast and housekeeping staff. This was my 3rd time there and cannot wait for the next one :)

Every single detail has been taken care of. Our room was beautiful and they even created a proper nursery room for my son. This place is just perfect for holidays with kids. I would like to especially point out an exceptional service from Christina, assistant GM, who made our stay extra special. And, of course, a huge thank you to the GM and the rest of the team.

A	Antonia Mitchell on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The best holiday you’ll have with children. Personal touch, 5 star luxury, beautiful suites, amazing food, nothing is too much trouble. We travelled with 2 small children, they went to the ofsted registered child care some days which they loved and we had the same baby sitter every evening Annie who was fantastic with them. For adults we loved the fine dining and water sports, Mariana and Abo were fantastic at putting on a great experience on the wake board and water ski for our family. Recommend a 2 bedroom suite if you’re travelling with older children. Anastasia from Porto did a brilliant job of making sure everything was organised for us. And the WhatsApp e concierge service made booking things so easy. Drinks service was a little slow at the bars but that’s the only fault we could find ?.
J	Jack Archer on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hugely disappointing. This resort came highly recommended from friends and trusty Google, of course but massively underdelivered. No time to list every issue but regular occurrences include; waiting an hour for food, food orders not placed, receiving the wrong order, zero communication between staff, disjointed experience between each restaurant, etc. But the worst issue was the fact a fire alarm went off in our room waking our daughter from her nap (terrified) - I instructed this be fixed before we go to bed in the evening. It wasn't. And, of course, it went off three times in the night. The only word for it is, disappointing. We were either incredibly unlucky, or this place is going downhill fast.
