★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Είχα πολύ καιρό να συναντήσω τόσο επαγγελματισμό, τέτοια ευγένεια και τέτοια ταχύτητα εξυπηρέτησης. Τους τηλεφώνησα από Χαλκιδική για κάποιο δώρο που μου είχαν φέρει και που χρειαζόταν αλλαγή (σε νούμερο) και που φυσικά δεν υπήρχε περίπτωση να πάω στο Βόλο για να αλλάξω. Την επόμενη μέρα η αλλαγή μου ήταν εδώ και την παρέλαβα δίνοντας την ίδια στιγμή στην courrier το προηγούμενο πακέτο. Κι όλα αυτά χωρίς καμία απολύτως χρέωση. Αν σε μένα που ξέραν ότι δεν υπάρχει περίπτωση να επισκεφθώ το κατάστημά τους στο Βόλο συμπεριφερθήκαν τόσο άψογα, φανταστείτε πως συμπεριφέρονται στους τακτικούς τους πελάτες. Συστήνω το κατάστημα ανεπιφύλακτα και μάλιστα μόλις ανακάλυψα ότι έχουν και e-shop οπότε σίγουρα θα τους προτιμήσω στις επόμενες αγορές μου μέσω διαδικτύου .
I have had a long time to meet such professionalism, such courtesy and such speed of service. I called them from Halkidiki for a gift they had brought me and that needed a change (in number) and of course there was no way I could go to Volos to change. The next day my change was here and I received it giving the courier the previous package at the same time. And all this at absolutely no charge. If they who knew that there is no way I can visit their store in Volos behaved so flawlessly, imagine how they treat their regular customers. I recommend the store unreservedly and in fact I just found out that they also have an e-shop so I will definitely prefer them in my next purchases online.
