F	Fil Zil on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Κάλεσα 11 Ιανουαρίου και είπα στον κύριο που απάντησε ότι ήθελα να κανω εγκατάσταση αερίου(καινούριο λεβητα, γραμμή από την παροχή, μελέτη, όλο το πακέτο) και του ζήτησα μια τιμή. Μου είπε ότι θα με καλούσε αργότερα να κλείσουμε ραντεβού γιατί είχε δουλειά. Όλα καλά μέχρι εδώ. Δεν με πήρε ποτε τηλέφωνο και τον ξανά κάλεσα εγω την επόμενη μέρα. Μου είπε ότι επειδή είχαν πολύ δουλειά δεν μπόρεσε να με πάρει τηλέφωνο και μου είπε ότι θα με καλούσε ενας συνεργάτης του την επόμενη μέρα να κλείσουμε ραντεβού. Σήμερα 20 Ιανουαρίου ακόμα δεν με έχει πάρει κάποιος τηλέφωνο και φυσικά απευθύνθηκα αλλου. I called January 11 and told the gentleman who answered that I wanted to do a gas installation (new boiler, supply line, study, the whole package) and asked for a price. He told me that he would call me later to make an appointment because he had a job. All good so far. He never called me and I called him again the next day. He told me that because they had a lot of work he could not call me and told me that one of his colleagues would call me the next day to make an appointment. Today, January 20, no one has called me yet and of course I turned elsewhere.

Η συντήρηση που κάνει έχει ημερομηνία λήξεως, ένα μηνα..Μετά δεν φέρει καμία ευθύνη Αν τον ξανακαλεσεις σου λεει οτι δεν εχει χρόνο και κατηγορεί τον καυστηρα. Unacceptable and supposedly polite ..makes maintenance, but basically vacuums the burner can not detect any problem, waiting for the customer to point it out. The maintenance he does has an expiration date, one month..Then he bears no responsibility If you call him again he tells you that he has no time and blames the burner.
