★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Being in the Fitness Industry for OVER 30 Years, one of my primary concerns about moving to Greece was finding a suitable Gym.
Of Course NOTHING in small town, Greece, is EVER going to compare to the Mega Gyms of the major cities in the US...
But, after checking out EVERY Gym in the Sparta area, I chose this One over them all!!
It has all the equipment you need to get a GREAT workout; and the highest dumbbell weight of most Gyms here; a plethora of fitness classes (including many classes for children); the establishment is VERY bright and clean (including the updated bathroom); and the owners- Gianni and Taki- are phenomenal... They make you feel like you're a guest in Their home, than just a client!!!!
I HIGHLY RECOMMEND This Gym!!!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is without doubt the best gym in town. The place is equipped with brand new workout gear for those into power training, but there is also an area for different kind of trainings such as aerobics, zumba etc.
The owners John and Panos are very nice and friendly.
Highly recommended, 5 stars!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Traveling with my brother and nephew, all of us serious weightlifters, we found the gym in Sparta and gave it a try. Fantastic experience. Brand new equipment, spotless facilities throughout and an engaged and friendly owner, Pano, who was eager to show us around and answer any question we had. Great gym for all types of workouts, from heavy weights to aerobics. We will definitely be back and urge any gym buffs to give it a try if they are near Sparta and need a great place to workout.
