I am waiting in the yard in line to pay. But the door knob that opens with difficulty, I have to hold it with a glove or a handkerchief !!!!!
M	MARIA IAKOVIDOY on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Καλή εξυπηρέτηση πελατών από τους υπαλλήλους... αλλά η μόνη μειονεκτική παρατήρηση κατ εμέ είναι ότι υπάρχουν δύο ταμεία.Το ένα με εξυπηρέτηση για κάρτες και το άλλο με μετρητά...με αποτέλεσμα να σχηματίζεται ουρά στα μετρητά και πελάτες με κάρτα να ξυπηρετούνται νωρίτερα . Καλό θα ήταν και τα δύο ταμεία να εξυπηρετούν και τις δύο περιπτώσεις , όπως γίνεται και σε άλλες υπηρεσίες άλλων νομών Good customer service by the employees ... but the only disadvantage to me is that there are two coins. One with card and the other with cash ... thus forming a queue for cash and cardholders to be served earlier . It would be desirable for both funds to serve both cases, as is the case for other agencies in other regions
Κ	Κατερίνα Σκαπέτη on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Με επιείκεια το ένα αστέρι! Ο υπάλληλος σεκιούριτι έχει αντικαταστήσει τους υπαλλήλους.... Δίνει πληροφορίες, παίρνεις το χαρτί για να μπεις , αλλάζει νούμερα στους υπαλλήλους, σηκώνει τηλέφωνο..... Απαράδεκτη η συμπεριφορά του υπαλλήλου σεκιούριτι προς τους πολίτες. Πολύ κακή εξυπηρέτηση. Οι υπάλληλοι καθυστερούν πάρα πολύ την όλη διαδικασία με αποτέλεσμα να ταλαιπωρείται ο πολίτης. Ουρές κόσμου έξω από το κτίριο.... Gracefully one star! The security officer has replaced the employees .... He gives information, you take the paper to enter, he changes the numbers of the employees, he picks up the phone ..... The behavior of the security officer towards the citizens is unacceptable. Very poor service. The officials are delaying the whole process too much, as a result of which the citizen is suffering. Queues of people outside the building ....
Α	Αλεξανδρος Πλωμαριτης on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ζούνε σε άλλο κόσμο ο σεκιούριτι είναι ο υπάλληλος που κάνει ότι θέλει εκεί πέρα γκλεβαζει κόσμο ειρωνεύεται κ κάνει ότι θέλει αυτά γίνονται μόνο στην Ελλάδα .Η ΔΕΗ θα κάνει κάτι για αυτό?πηγαίνει κόσμο ο οποίος για κάποιο λόγο δεν έχει το. Λογαριασμό κ τους φαίνονται σαν σκυλιά ενώ μπορούν να εξυπηρετήσουν κ μετά σου λέει γιατί αλλάζουν πάροχο μόνο ντροπή They live in another world, the security guard is the employee who does what he wants over there, lures people, makes fun of them and does what he wants, these are done only in Greece.
