I have been following her classes virtually from Los Angeles via zoom and over the last year and a half lost 40 pounds, gained muscle mass, built strength and improved my flexibility. I also suffer from scoliosis and had to wear a back brace for most of my young adult life so back pain was something I suffered especially after the birth of my three children. Pilates has helped me regain strength and my back pain has disappeared thanks to the classes. Finally, Eleni keeps changing the classes each time we meet keeping us engaged in a fun way! Her classes are easy to follow and she goes at your own pace. I am looking forward to continuing my Pilates journey with Eleni for many years to come! ❤️

She was great at correcting my mistakes even through the computer screen. Once we were allowed to have in studio sessions I was the first to sign up. Not one session is the same as the last. Either on the reformer or floor mat, all workouts are unique. She encourages you work at your pace knowing when to push you that little bit harder. I feel a lot stronger and my body doesn't ache like it used to. Classes can be had in greek and in english. Whether you are a beginner or advanced in Pilates Eleni is a great instructor.

Her dedication and attention to detail for her students is phenomenal. She works us very hard but at the same time makes the classes fun. Time passes very quickly during her one hour class which for me is an indication that I am having fun. I am amazed at the variety of exercises she comes up with for every class. I often wonder if she dreams them up at night. There are never any repetitions. I love Eleni who has become a dear friend and I love her classes. I can’t recommend her highly enough. Don’t know how to describe it but she has a magical flow and creates a rhythm while exercising that makes you really be into the moment and do your best. I have done Pilates with her for 15 years and have never been bored nor tired by repetitions, the lessons are innovative and well prepared. Eleni is always attentive to your big or small aches and pains and will without fail find a remedy to circumvent them. I cannot recommend Eleni and Powerflow Pilates enough. And let us not forget she is always smiling and in a good mood!
