★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Δεν έμεινα καθόλου ευχαριστημένος από την εξυπηρέτηση ούτε και από τα προϊόντα χωρίς να ταιριάζουν και με ανύπαρκτη υποστήριξη (νάρθηκας κύφωσης). Δυστυχώς περιμένω μια εβδομάδα να περάσει ο κούριερ για να γίνει η επιστροφή και ακόμη στο περίμενε έμεινα, μέχρι και προσφέρθηκα ο ίδιος να πάω το προϊόν στο ταχυδρομείο για να τους το επιστρέψω..και το αποτελέσμα? Δεν γνώριζαν να μου πουν με ποια ταχυδρομική συνεργάζονται. Λυπάμαι και πάλι για αυτήν την άσχημη καταναλωτική εμπειρία.
I was not at all happy with the service or the products without matching and non-existent support (kyphosis splint). Unfortunately I wait a week for the courier to make the return and I still waited, until I offered to take the product to the post office myself to return it to them..and the result? They did not know to tell me which post office they work with. I am sorry again for this bad consumer experience.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This company was recommended to me by a close friend of mine. We were expecting the belts to be of good quality and fitting properly on and around the shoulders. Unfortunately that was not the case. Also from the two belts we ordered one of them came without packaging only in nylon and right now that we want to return them back they don’t accept the one, meaning we are paying 58 more for something that does not work.
