★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This place used to be the only megastore option for tools and such. Nowadays there are better, cheaper options to get what you need. They are more sparsely located still, so I added 1 star. And of course, don't forget the internet. For anything except tools the quality was already at the bottom of my list. Way too expensive for what you get. I tend to avoid it.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Big store, with parking right outside which is very convenient. The staff was friendly and helpful to me. Most of the prices are fair, and some are a bit expensive. It's a good thing that you can find what you are looking for, as they have variety of items. I would recommend it as I never found something bad apart from some overpriced items.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Prakitker is Greece's answer to the north american Home Depot. It is a one stop shop for all things DIY. It has everything from gardening essentials to furniture. If you are looking for somthing for your home, Praktiker is your place to start. All the things I looked at were very good quality at very fair prices. If you happen to go there while there is a sale on, hold on to your wallet because the deals are always very good and hard to pass up.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Lot's of stuff, but beware the prices are quite spicy in comparison with local hardware stores.To be honest from time to time they have good bargains but if you go down the rabbit hole and buy additional stuff your wallet will become "lighter" that expected.
