★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Αγόρασα ένα ακίνητο στα Πετράλωνα το οπόιο το εν λόγω μεσιτικό διαφήμιζε χωρίς την άδεια των ιδιοκτηκτων και μάλιστα σε τελείως διαφορετική τιμή από ότι το πουλούσαν. Φαινόταν άλλωστε απο τις φωτογραφίες οι οποίες είχαν τραβηχτεί. Δεν με νοιάζει τόσο αυτό όσο το ότι το ακίνητο το οποίο πλέον είναι στην κατοχή μου εδώ και 6-7 μήνες συνεχίζει να διαφημίζεται απο το εν λόγο μεσιτικό. Τους κάλεσα για να τους ενημερώσω με τον κωδικό του ακινήτου. Η γραμματές μου είπε ότι θα ενημερώσει τον μεσίτη που το έχει αναλάβει!! Κανείς δεν επικοινώνησε μαζί μου μα η αγγελία είναι ακόμα αναρτημένη.. Προσωπικά δεν μπορώ να πιστεψω τις δικαιολογίες που προκαταβολικά θα ακούσω και επειδή έχω υποφέρει στο παρελθόν από 'επαγγελματίες' μεσίτες θεώρησα καλό να γράψω μια κριτική.
 I bought a property in Petralona which the real estate in question was advertising without the permission of the owners and in fact at a completely different price from what they were selling. It was evident from the photos that had been taken. I do not care so much that the property which is now in my possession for 6-7 months continues to be advertised by the real estate in question. I called them to inform them with the code of the property. The secretaries told me that they will inform the broker who has undertaken it !! Nobody contacted me but the ad is still posted .. Personally I can not believe the excuses that I will hear in advance and because I have suffered in the past from 'professional' brokers I considered it good to write a review.
