Totally recommended! They always carry top of the line collections, and both times I've been to the store I've felt welcomed and guided to what is best for me (I'm almost legally blind and I wear contacts) Kathy and the other lady there are truly knowledgeable and professional. This time the owner was there (Doroteo?) and he was great to work with on finding my new sunglasses the guy is almost an ophthalmologist- well educated and recognized! We love Mykonos and we've visited the island 5 times within 8 years! Precise optics is the best by far, optic store Ive ever been to! 30s, dentist from TX, USA

We were at the second shop (inside an alley) of this optical store. The owner was very rude and impolite. He was very inpatient and when we said the sunglass we tried was uncomfortable, he gave us a snobby look and said “you will like it in a few years”. Perhaps he has a lot of pride in his collection, as he said “I carry the collection of collections”, but he has so much “pride” he looks down on his customers and think we’re not worthy of being his customer. Maybe there’s a component of racism or despise for internationals as well, as if you look at his reviews, those five star ones are mostly in Greek. My mother doesn’t speak English well, he perhaps has no patience for my race or foreigners. I mean, racism can be subtle, as subtle as the fact that when we entered the store, he said “you’re free to try on any glasses, but put it back carefully, my glasses are VERY expensive”. And the fact that he kept saying “you don’t like it now, you will like it in a few years” and when we were about to leave the store, he mumbled sentences in Greek to send us off. Well, we did nothing wrong. We were very polite, we put every pot back carefully, didn’t cringe at his extraordinary pricing (it is the “collection of all collections” after all). My mother wanted to buy a 700 Euro CHANEL from him, but because his attitude I urged my mother to leave. We ended up purchasing a pair at another place few stores away. I’d say if you want to be treated with respect and dignity, avoid coming to this store.

I went into this optical store yesterday because the temple of my eyeglasses came when the screw fell out. I brought everything to the store including the screw and asked them if they could do me a favour and reattach the temple since I didn't have a screwdriver small enough to do the job. The gentlemen working there told me that they charge for "everything" and that I'd have to pay them 5 euros to do this! Furthermore, I was told that I would have to come back in half an hour. I was rather taken aback as I've gone to eyewear stores in Canada and they've done this type of fix for me right away and free of charge. Let's face it -- it only takes a minute or two, and it's not like there was anyone else in the store that he and his female colleague were attending to. I just thought this was a bit much. For any other type of service I wouldn't have minded paying them, but to me this was borderline ridiculous -- both the charge and the half-hour wait. I recommend trying another eyewear store in Mykonos, especially if you need any repairs done.

Excellent service. Very reliable and prices are definitely in the market. lost my glasses a few days ago and I have a very very high and specific correction. In London it takes a few days to a week for my glasses to be ready. Dorotheo who is the owner of Precise Optics promised to handle that within 3 days and in spite of being middle of the summer, in an island, he kept his promises! Thanks you Dorotheo, you saved my holidays and my vision!

Whatever you do... do not shop here. They are rude to customers. When we said we did not understand their services (in English) they called us names in Greek. When I said I understood what they were saying they still continued to be rude. Overpriced. Rude service. They represent Greece and their island badly. Please... stay away.

Ι lost my glasses with high astigmatism, the guy in two days made me a new pair and at a reasonable price with Zeiss lenses. Thank you so much ?.
