★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Αυτό το καλοκαίρι η καρδιά του πολιτισμού χτύπησε δυνατά στους κήπους της Βίλας Αλλατίνη σε μια πρωτοβουλία του Κέντρου Πολιτισμού της Περιφέρειας Κεντρικής Μακεδονίας με συναυλίες ξεχωριστών καλλιτεχνών που είχαν ελεύθερη είσοδο για το κοινό. Ένα μεγάλο μπράβο στην Κέντρο Πολιτισμού Περιφέρειας Κεντρικής Μακεδονίας που κατάφερε σε αυτή την δύσκολη περίοδο του COVIT 19 να οργάνωση άψογα και με την δέουσα προσοχή αυτές τις αξέχαστες εκδηλώσεις.
This summer the heart of culture beat loudly in the gardens of Villa Allatini in an initiative of the Cultural Center of the Region of Central Macedonia with concerts of individual artists that had free admission for the public. A big congratulations to the Cultural Center of the Region of Central Macedonia that managed during this difficult period of COVIT 19 to organize these unforgettable events perfectly and with due care.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Η πιο επιβλητική βίλα της Θεσσαλονίκης. Αρχιτεκτονικό σχέδιο του Βιταλιανο Ποζελι. Νομίζω έχει εκλεκτικιστικα και νεοκλασικά στοιχεία. Χτισμένη με τούβλα από την κεραμοποιία Αλλατίνη . Διέθετε ιδιωτικό δρόμο που κατέληγε στο Θερμαϊκό. Βοηθητικούς χώρους για το προσωπικό, στάβλους για τα ζώα και υπέροχο κήπο.
Σήμερα στεγάζεται η περιφέρεια Κ Μακεδονίας.
Ο κήπος διατίθεται για γάμους & βαφτίσια.
Εκεί έμεινε για 3,5 χρόνια ο τελευταίος Σουλτάνος της οθωμανικής αυτοκρατορίας Χαμίντ όταν φιλακιστηκε από το κίνημα των νεότουρκων.
Επίσης την βίλα κατοικισε η γιαγιά " Νοεμη" του γνωστού γαλλοβιομηχανου κροίσου Σερζ Ντασο (ο οποίος Πέθανε 5/2018) ιδιοκτήτη της Dassault Aviation.

Η Νοεμη ήταν κόρη του Δαρείου Αλλατίνη και της Ανιτας Φερνάντες.
Η Νοεμη παντρεύτηκε τον Μπλοχ.
Αναχωρησαν από τη Θεσσαλονίκη το 1911 επειδή είχαν ιταλικό διαβατήριο όταν ξέσπασε ο ιταλοτουρκικος πόλεμος. Όταν επέστρεψαν βρήκαν το ελληνικό κράτος.
Οι Έλληνες που ήρθαν από το Νότο με τα ταγαρια δεν τους βοήθησαν στις επιχειρήσεις τους. Πήραν τα κεφάλαια και πήγαν στο Παρίσι.
Η κεραμοποιία στη νέα Ελβετία και ο αλευρόμυλος στο Ντεπώ και η τράπεζα της Θεσσαλονίκης στη Βαλαωρίτου με το σταματημένο ρολόι από το σεισμό του 1978 ρημάζουν.

The most imposing villa in Thessaloniki. Architectural design by Vitaliano Poselli. I think it has eclectic and neoclassical elements. Built with bricks by the Allatini pottery. It had a private road that ended in Thermaikos. Auxiliary staff, animal stables and lovely garden.
Today it houses the region of K Macedonia.
The garden is available for weddings & christenings.
The last Sultan of the Ottoman Empire, Hamid, stayed there for 3.5 years when he was embraced by the neo-Turkish movement.
The villa was also inhabited by the grandmother "Noemi" of the famous French industrialist Serge Dassault (who died 5/2018) owner of Dassault Aviation.

Noemi was the daughter of Darius Allatini and Anita Fernandez.
Noah married Bloch.
They left Thessaloniki in 1911 because they had an Italian passport when the Italian-Turkish war broke out. When they returned they found the Greek state.
The Greeks who came from the South with the tagaris did not help them in their operations. They took the funds and went to Paris.
The pottery in New Switzerland and the flour mill in Depo and the bank of Thessaloniki in Valaoritou with the stopped clock from the 1978 earthquake are falling apart.
