M	Marina Pappa on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Μετά από πολλές αγορές στο κατάστημα, σήμερα πήγαμε να ρωτήσουμε αν τυχόν και άλλοι πελάτες είχαν θέμα με ένα συγκεκριμένο προϊόν το οποίο σε εμάς δεν βγήκε καλό. Συγκεκριμένα φανέλες, οι οποίες όσες φορές πλύθηκαν με όποιον τρόπο και απορρυπαντικό η μυρωδιά του υφάσματος ήταν άσχημη. Όταν λοιπόν ρωτήσαμε η υπεύθυνη του καταστήματος μας προσέβαλε μπροστά σε άλλους πελάτες ευθαρσώς ότι δεν πλένουμε καλά το προϊόν αφήνοντας αιχμές προς το πρόσωπο μας. Όταν δε της ζήτησα το λόγο που μας προσβάλει έτσι συνέχισε να επιτίθεται και να μιλάει ειρωνικά!!! After many purchases in the store, today we went to ask if any other customers had an issue with a specific product which did not work out well for us. Specifically jerseys, which as many times as they were washed in any way and detergent the smell of the fabric was bad. So when we asked the store manager in front of other customers she brazenly insulted us that we do not wash the product well leaving scars on our face. When I did not ask her the reason that offends us, she continued to attack and speak ironically !!!
M	Marilena Giala on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Αγορασα από το καταστημα στις 30-11-21 2σετ πιτζαμες, δεν υπηρχε η δυνατοτητα να τις δοκιμασουμε. Η πωλητρια ευγενέστατη μας διαβεβαιωσε ότι θα είναι καλη η εφαρμογη τους. Δυστυχως όμως δεν ηταν για καμία από τις δυο. Τηλεφωνησα την επομενη να τους ζητησω άλλο νουμερο για το ένα σχεδιο καταρχας, γιατι δεν φτασαμε ποτε να μιλαμε για το δευτερο απο την επιθετικότητα που δέχτηκα( παραλείπω οτι μου είπαν θα με καλέσουν δεν με πήραν και κάποια άλλα στάδια και φτάνω στο τέλος). Το καταστημα δεν ειχε το μεγαλυτερο νουμερο στο σχέδιο που αγόρασα και μου ειπαν να ψωνισω κατι άλλο. Δεν ειχαν όμως να με εξυπηρετησουν τιποτα σε ιδια ποιοτητα και αξια, και μου ζητουσαν να ψωνισω αλλα προιοντα με τα χρηματα μου. Εγω όμως δεν πηγα εκει για να παρω παντοφλες ή εσωρουχα .. Ζητησα επιστροφη χρηματων , η υπευθυνη όμως (ο θεός να την κάνει -δεν έχει ιδέα απο διαχείριση πελατών και επίλυση προβλημάτων) αρνηθηκε κατηγορηματικα και μου εκλεισε και το τηλεφωνο καταμουτρα. Πηγα από κοντα στις 2/12 διοτι εχω μιλήσει και με την τράπεζα που εκανα την αγορα, και μου είπαν να επιστρέψω πίσω τα προιοντα και να πάρω εγγραφο επιστροφης με σφραγίδα για να μου κάνουν την επιστροφη. Η ''υπεύθυνη'' όμως αρνήθηκε να πάρει τα προιοντα πισω (ενώ είναι νομιμο δικαίωμα όλων μας η υπαναχώρηση) γιατί δεν θα μ έκανε επιστροφή . Της εξήγησα ότι δεν μπορώ να πάρω το αλλο σχεδιο πιτζαμας που είχε γιατί ο σύζυγος έχει πρόβλημα στο πόδι του και δεν φοράει κολλητά και με ειρωνευτηκε λεγοντας μου ‘’δεν σας ρώτησα κι ολας’’ και ‘’ και εγω τι να κάνω να πάω στη Τουρκία να σου φέρω τη πιτζάμα;’’ Πήρε τον υπεύθυνο του υπευθύνου ω υπεύθυνε..χαχαχα.... βγήκε εξω να μιλήσει και μπαίνοντας μέσα έξαλλη μου είπε ‘’δεν σας κάνουμε επιστροφή χρημάτων τέλος’’. Το αποκορύφωμα φεύγοντας μου έδωσε και ευχές για καλές γιορτές , που όμως ακούγονταν σα να ρίχνει τις άλλες τις ΄΄ευχές΄΄ . Πραγματικά για γέλια η κατάσταση. Ολόκληρο κατάστημα δεν έχει μια πιτζάμα εν μεσω χεμερινής σεζόν στο Large .. να παραγγείλουν δεν μπορούν.. να εξυπηρετήσουν δεν μπορούν.. επιστροφή χρημάτων να κάνουν δεν μπορούν .. Δεν φτάνει η αδυναμία εξυπηρέτησης , θα μας δείρουν κ όλας.. Μην απορείτε που πάνε οι πελάτες αλήθεια.. Και επειδή είστε ακρως προσβλητικοί, έχω απευθυνθεί ήδη στο Συνήγορο του Καταναλωτή. Αυτό θα έλειπε , να ερχόμαστε να ψωνίσουμε με όλη την καλή διάθεση και να αντιμετωπίζουμε τέτοιες καταστάσεις.. I bought from the store on 30-11-21 2 sets of pajamas, there was no possibility to try them. The saleswoman very kindly assured us that their application will be good. Unfortunately, it was not for either of them. I called the next day to ask them for another number for a plan at first, because we never got to talk about the second of the aggression I received (I skip that they told me they would call me, they did not take me to other stages and I reach the end). The store did not have the largest number in the design I bought and I was told to buy something else. But they had nothing to offer me in the same quality and value, and they asked me to buy other products with my money. But I did not go there to get slippers or underwear .. I asked for a refund, but the person in charge (god forbid - she has no idea about customer management and problem solving) flatly refused and hung up the phone. I went close on 2/12 because I also talked to the bank where I made the purchase, and they told me to return the products and get a return document with a stamp to make my return. The "responsible" but refused to take the products back (while it is a legal right of all of us to leave) because she would not return me. I explained to her that I could not get the other pajama design she had because my husband has a problem with his leg and he is not wearing tight and he made fun of me saying "I did not ask you everything" and "what can I do to go to Turkey, can I bring you your pajamas? '' He took the person in charge of the person in charge oh he was in charge..hahaha .... he went out to talk and entering in a rage he said to me "we will not refund you at last". The climax when he left gave me wishes for happy holidays, but it sounded like he was throwing the other ΄΄Wishes΄΄. The situation is really funny. The whole store does not have a pajama in the middle of the winter season in Large .. they can not order .. they can not serve .. they can not refund .. The inability to serve is not enough, they will beat us all .. Do not be surprised where customers really go .. And because you are so offensive, I have already contacted the Consumer Ombudsman. This would be missing, to come shopping with all the good mood and to face such situations ..

Δυστυχώς όμως με τους υπεύθυνους υπάρχει μεγάλο θέμα καθώς έχουν αποφασίσει να χρεώνουν τις χάρτινες σακούλες του καταστήματος......δηλαδή αν κάποιος θέλει να κάνει δώρο πρέπει να πληρώνει κ τις χάρτινες σακούλες. Αν είναι ποτέ δυνατόν;;;;;;; Κοιτάξτε το λίγο αυτό, κρίμα είναι να χαλάει το όνομα του καταστήματος. Very good service from the owners of the store. Unfortunately, however, there is a big issue with the people in charge as they have decided to charge the paper bags of the store ...... that is, if someone wants to make a gift, he must also pay for the paper bags. If it is ever possible? ;;;;;; Take a look at this, it's a shame it spoils the name of the store.

Επειδή είχα πρόβλημα να ανέβω στον πάνω όροφο λόγω προβλήματος στα πόδια η μία υπάλληλος μου έφερε πολλά πυτζαμακια από τον πάνω όροφο να διαλέξω για δώρο ενώ μια άλλη μου έφερε σκαμπό να καθίσω και εσώρουχα να διαλέξω για ένα άλλο δώρο που ήθελα. Εκείνη τη μέρα ήταν απόγευμα προπαραμονη Πρωτοχρονιάς, το μαγαζί κατάμεστο με κόσμο όμως οι υπάλληλοι ήταν όλες τους χαμογελάστες και με διάθεση να βοηθήσουν τις πελάτισσες. Μπράβο τους! Beautiful products and very kind and helpful employees! Because I had trouble climbing upstairs due to a foot problem one employee brought me a lot of pajamas from upstairs to choose from as a gift while another brought me a stool to sit on and lingerie to choose for another gift I wanted. That day was New Year's Eve, the store was crowded but the staff were all smiling and willing to help customers. Well done for them!
