Είχαμε συνεννοηθεί να πάρουν το χαλί εγώ τους είπα τις διαστάσεις τις σημείωσαν μας είπαν την τιμή και όταν μας το έφεραν μας χρέωσαν 20€ παραπάνω γιατί οι διαστάσεις δεν ήταν αυτές που είπαμε. Καταλαβαίνω πως ήταν λάθος από πλευράς μας αλλά από την στιγμή που το σημειώνουν, όταν το παραλαμβάνουν μετά το μετράνε, βγάζουν το κόστος και υπάρχει ενα χαρτάκι που ήδη έχουν σημειώσει και βλέπουν ότι είναι άλλα. Πόσο δύσκολο είναι πάρουν ένα τηλέφωνο να ενημερώσουν ότι δεν είναι σωστές οι διαστάσεις που δώσαμε άρα αλλάζει η τιμή;(Για να μην φανώ εγώ η παράλογη το παιδί είπε έχετε δίκιο έπρεπε να σας πάρουν τηλέφωνο.) Δηλαδή μας κοροϊδεύουν; Εμείς δεν έχουμε δουλέψει προφανώς. Σας ευχαριστούμε πολύ αλλά δεν πρόκειται να σας ξανά επιλέξουμε. Unacceptable at least. We had agreed to take the carpet, I told them the dimensions, they wrote them down, they told us the price and when they brought it to us, they charged us € 20 more because the dimensions were not what we said. I understand that it was wrong on our part, but from the moment they note it, when they receive it after counting it, they deduct the cost and there is a piece of paper that they have already noted and see that it is different. How difficult is it for them to get a phone to inform that the dimensions we gave are not correct so the price changes? (In order not to look absurd, the child said you are right, they should have called you.) You mean, like, saltines and their ilk, eh? We obviously have not worked. Thank you very much but we are not going to choose you again.
