★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Horrible Customer service . I placed an order almost two months ago , they told me the items should be delivered from UK and it takes 15 working days even though there was no such info on their website. Then I followed up , to ask where is my order , no update on the status , no answer on my emails and they came back today to inform that items are ready to be delivered . This is by far the worst retailer I have experienced . I have the whole thread of communications from my end and the very few from their end for proof . BE careful !!!
