★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Custom made jewelry(made inside the shop) prices are not very expensive... the shop is located on the upper floors of the building, if you don't know about the existance of the shop, it's not easy to be found since there is only one sign at the building's door. Besides that the people working there are always smiling and available to help you anytime.

The first time, I spent €200.
The girl at the register (her name is Irini) was very rude.
She was rolling her eyes when I noticed that the chain was very short.
I have an average neck, the regular chains are not meant for normal necks.
The second time, I didn’t say anything to my friend who was with me, same thing.
Irini has an attitude and my friend said also that Irini is totally mistreating the customers.
The jewelry is nice, no question.
Only thing is that the chains are extremely short.
Please tell Irini to be nice, it‘s also her job!
We felt not unwelcomed.

with the same glow. The new store is definately one of the most attractive and eye-catching spaces in Athens. Pay a visit when you have the chance. Very happy to know that creative and warm hearted people exist in the local market scene.

But after going through other reviews and seeing the attitude of the person replying to other negative comments, I just felt the urge to tell you, Prigipo, how very very sorry I am that I bought those earrings which I never ever wore, because the day I tried to put them on, that part on the picture broke. I passed by your shop-, pre lock-down- and asked if I can bring it for repair and you said "yes, of course, no problem, as it is probably a defective product and it should not break so easily, but anyway bring it, it's not such a big deal and it is free to repair" When I managed to take the earrings to the shop- a year later, due to covid restrictions and pregnancy that did not allow me to go out- the staff told me with attitude that it would cost 14 euros to fix it (when the new ones cost 22euros) and they said that it's rusted (!) - very weird since I NEVER wore it and never used it-so this complicates things ! nothing but LOL. keep up the good work and replying with irony to your clients! bye bye! for evah :)
